My Dealer 3 years so far. A pleasure no hassle. They go out of their way to be honest and above board. I am in vehicle 4 with them. Never had Chevy before. Love my Tahoe premiere ? ask for Scott give them a chance to be your dealer.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Neil helped me get what I was looking for and Bryant did the financial side and would recommend going to him for anything financial. The two of these amazing people really helped getting what I was looking for. 10/10 recommend going to Tom Gibbs Chevrolet if you are looking for a vehicle ask for Neil and you will get great service.

Excellent sales and service. Above and beyond all expectations. The Tom Gibbs Team helped me get the best value for my trade, and were exceptionally professional, courteous, and accommodating during the new vehicle inspection and purchasing process. Customers are truly treated like family here. Don’t pass on the experience at Tom Gibbs Chevy if you’re in the market to buy a new vehicle or trade! I have bought 3 new high end vehicles . I was very happy with the prices no dealer 2nd sticker raising the price and the service dept. has taken care of ny vehicles without any problem this is my dealer now . Very fair and care about their coustmers.

I worked an out of state deal for a family member with Adam. He was the perfect salesman. He was honest and open to all questions that I had concerning the vehicle. By it being a site unseen purchase, that was huge! If I asked a question that he wasn't sure of, he would be honest enough to say and found the answer to the question. When it came to pricing, there were no gimmicks or sale pitches…...again, total honesty on his part. Adam communicated with me daily from the beginning of the purchase to when the vehicle was loaded for delivery. He saw the sale through from beginning to end…..total dedication! I couldn't have ask for a better salesman. I've purchased several cars and this experience, BY FAR, stands out as the best. Although I'm over 350 miles away, this will be my first dealership to consider and it's all attributed to Adam's fairness, respect and open communication. She loves the vehicle! Kudos Adam for a job well done!!!

Frank our sales associate was outstanding. I cannot say the same regarding your finance person. 9.9% he trying to charge us. Our credit score is in the 800’s. When we noticed this he said there was nothing he could do. We told him we would come back tomorrow and secure our own financing. After that , 7.9% which is still out of line. if I didn’t need a vehicle for the next day to go to work I would’ve just walked and secured my own financing. I’m not sure whether I would buy a vehicle from your dealership knowing this practice and deceit .

Incredible experience working with this dealership. Adam & Raymond were excellent in sales to work with. Bryant in finance is extremely knowledgeable and we bought the extended warranties as well. Great negotiations and the fastest car deal process I have ever done. In and out in 1.5 hours!!!

I’m am so glad to get this survey because my experience with your employees was excellent! My service advisor and the two gentlemen drivers who took me in the courtesy shuttle to and from home were amazing. I have an older car (2007) that was purchased new at Tom Gibbs many years ago. It has been an excellent car except for this morning when I needed to have it towed in, I was embarrassed knowing my car was old coming into the dealership. I was treated with respect and nobody could have been any nicer. Great team!!! Thank you to everyone!

I have been dealing with Tom Gibbs for years. Unfortunately for whatever reason the service department has been going down the drain. I purchased a 2017 Colorado about 4 years ago and with the deal I got free oil changes for as long as I own the vehicle. So religiously I get my oil changed and why wouldn't I they're free? If I had to pay for them I definitely would go elsewhere. Every time I set up an appointment at least a week in advance but for what reason I have no idea. There has been two time in the past three oil changes they have taken 1 1/2 hours. Most times I'm out in 45 minutes. So today I decided to write a review. I can not for the life of me figure out what takes so long for an oil change (and no other service other than them checking fluids and filling tires with air) when I have an appointment. My appointment today was for 9am. I arrived at 8:50am and no other cars in front of me in the oil change lane. More than an hour and a half later I get me vehicle back. This is unacceptable when I had an appointment. Not sure what the problem was other than slow workers. If they open at 8am and they schedule oil changes ever half hour I should have been out of there by 9:45am the latest. I actually pulled out the parking lot at 10:35am. I was told when asked what took so long, I was told they were 4 customers backed up. What, how does that happen? Maybe by over booking more that one customer for the same time slot and not having the man power to handle the load. If anyone from the dealer ship wants to discuss this. You can look up my appointment for today (10/2/2023) at 9am with a 2017 Colorado and call me on my cell with the number 386-931-0*** Mike in service has the info. I'm not publishing my personal info and we can discuss it. I don't think by adding 10 more service bays will solve this problem, especially trying to get workers to work those bays that are competent and with good work ethics. Because the guy doing the oil changes today definitely doesn't have it IMO. Oh and there was another time I needed a battery and it took three days to get one. I have a business of my own and would never do this kind of customer service for anyone. So today I lost an extra hour from my business because this business took this long for a simple oil change. Not exceptable in my book.

I am a long time customer of this dealership, having brought my previous vehicles in for service since I moved here in 2011. The first time I purchased a vehicle there was in May 2019 and then I traded in that vehicle this past February for a used vehicle. This purchase was a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. On the test drive, myself and my salesman noticed a slight clunking noise. The noise eventually got worse and I brought it in to get looked at in March. I had to pick my car back up since I crashed the loaner car and was not able to bring the car back for repair until July. A part was replaced and was fine when I picked my car up, only for the clunking to return the next day. I brought my car back again this past Friday to be looked at again and it's another part related to the one that was replaced. I was given a quote by my service advisor and he told me that sales will no longer be paying for any further repairs to my vehicle and that my warranty has expired. My vehicle only had a 3 MONTH warranty. The issues should have been handled before I took the car off the lot and I was pregnant at the time of purchase and when I was in the accident with the loaner. I should not have had to continue bringing it to everyone's attention. I cannot afford to spend the $1428.95 + tax that I was quoted, and I DO NOT FEEL SAFE driving the vehicle with my 4 month old daughter in the vehicle. It's unfair that I have to keep borrowing my husband's truck to bring my daughter anywhere. I should not have to pay that amount for an issue that was known from the start. I do not recommend that anyone go there, especially to the service department. During my most recent visit on 9/29/2023, I was told that my faulty backup sensor and rattling noise (license plate bracket) were fixed, and they were not. I am not sure what is going on with the dealership as a whole, but it's sad to see how much of a change there has been since I've been a customer. I wish I didn't have to put any stars as they are no longer deserved. Thank you for losing a long time customer.

Our truck lease was ending and we needed to lease a new pick up truck. After visiting 2 different chevy dealers and 1 GMC dealer Tom Gibbs Chevrolet clearly wanted and worked for our business. Without ever stepping foot in the dealer, no wasting time, they put together the deal that I wanted (over the phone) and handled everything on the end of lease allowing us to move into the new truck 6 months early.Great experience from start to finishThank you

Alex did a great job of keeping me informed as I waited for the diagnosis and repair. The scheduling is an item to improve on, I had a 2.5 hr wait before the truck made it into the service bay. The diesel tech was exceptional. Keep that guy. His explanation was very good (technical) on likely cause and clearly understands the diesel emissions system. The problem was fixed and so far so good. Great job guys!

Service was great! I had an oil change, tire rotation, fuel filter replacement, air filter and cabin air filter replaced. It took about an hour and a half.Considering all that was done, this was the quickest my service has ever been! It usually takes more than 2 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation.Thanks for picking up the pace. Good Job!
