I can't say enough about the quality of customer service from Top Shelf Storage. Gaylee was extremely nice and helpful after my 19+ hour drive to drop off the Penske truck after our move to Palm Coast. Obviously after that long of a drive I was a bit frazzled. She was reassuring, and gave direct assistance in getting into our storage unit. This is the first one I've ever rented by the way. Seemless and an actually enjoyable interaction. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Gaylee actually provided assistance a few days later after I had gotten my FL drivers license and had thrown my CT license out. Turns out I actually needed it to close out license plates in CT. She had a copy, found my old one and sent it to me. Above board customer service! What a pleasure to deal with this spectacular woman. Also rented a truck from her for our final move from the storage unit to our home. Again seamless and no drama. Thanks to Gaylee and her dedication to making us welcome to our new community!
I'm a stickler when it comes to customer service. This was absolutely A+++ service! She deserves a raise!

I have used this storage facility for about five years through work and personal needs. I’ve also came here for rental trucks. Management is awesome…the place is extremely clean and well-kept. Top shelf!
