Brought in a huge vase to ship to Washington State. I was told it was received in perfect condition! The packaging couldn't have been more professional. The vase could have been dropped off the back of a truck and would not have received any damage! Thank you guys at the UPS Store in Island Walk Palm Coast!

Not happy with stores 2462 online info I went in to print some paperwork and sent it in before I got there like I do every time and the only person working there could not access the email that they had online I had to sit there n send it all to another email as well as she didn't print all the correct paperwork I sent over either then asked me to come back there to show her what she was missing I should not have to do all of this...let alone you should not be in a store by urself if u cannot handle it or kno the info to do your job js. .

I came in about an hour before closing, and Kyle was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly patient, understanding, and walked me through the entire process of printing and shipping my package without making me feel rushed. His professionalism and kindness really stood out!

Great smiling good looking UPS staff who have ALWAYS been super helpful, knows their stuff and super friendly.....the easy self serve is so convenient. This is a great UPS store...lucky for us in Palm Coast.
