I had a envelope of Do cuments sent on Aug. 5th next day service. i paid for.Aug
6th The the mail was never received and they have to check where it is, so much for paying. Find it and deliver it. still lost the mail next day delivery.very sad. They said they have to find it. Your most simple task and all I get it's lost and dont know . I have a receipt why was supposed to arrive next day sometime. It wasn't because you lost it. delivered in Miami somware.
Won't use this store again. I went to the store next to.publix Bel tower store.Find it and delever it i will be very happy to change my disappointment in your ability and trust.

I have been in the Belle Terre UPS store many times and without a doubt these people are SUDDEN! I have been in a line almost out the door and within minutes, I am being waited on. They have always been very nice, helpful and so quick if you blink you miss it! I used to hate to take packages in for returns or shipping but not anymore.

There is a girl at the counter who is rude to customers. I’ve seen her treat people disrespectfully on multiple occasions. Today, it was my turn to witness her first hand. She will be the reason I do not go back in that store.

Had to fax so waited in store for approximately 20 minutes and staff at this location was AMAZING! Customer service and efficient was SUPER AWESOME !! They made the wait easy, I almost didn’t want to leave! They all deserve a raise & many kudos for not just doing a great job, but each of them went the EXTRA MILE with all customers!

I confused a new young girl with 2 separate packages at once, definitely my fault as i was handing her one and directing her on another, but Wyatt came to the rescue and fixed both packages right away. He really is polished and professional; whenever you need a pro to handle your packages, be sure to ask for Wyatt...he rocks!

UPDATE: Great customer service and I rarely wait in line as a mailbox user. Stacy is phenomenal at her job, professional, and knowledgeable. Niesha knows what she’s doing and is always pleasant to deal with. No complaints from me!

Google shows open till 6:30. We arrived near 5:00 and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed because they were full. We drove an hour round trip to mail a package only to find them closed. Poor management!!!
