I have to say this store is so professional and excellent Customer Service. The Gentleman I had was so helpful and wanted to make sure my card did not get damaged so we opened the box and he retaped it for me. This is not the only person , I have had nothing but good experience with the ladies as well.

**Please like & share our reviews.** Wheelchair accessible. This UPS stire is the most efficient one I have visited. We send out shipments about 3 times per week. We do prepay shipping which means, we have them scan our item, give us our receipt and we are out the door. We wish they had a line simply for prepaid business folks like us so we do not have to wait in the lines.They usually have 2-3 clerks to help folks and so it is not too much of a wait however, there is that occassional customer who soaks up so much of the time to ship items.All the staff are friendly and quick. They seem to really know how to process shipments and aid customers.We highly recommend this place as a number 1 shipping location. We avoid USPS like the plague.

Ayla at The UPS Store helped me at the end of the day and was extremely professional. When I knew it was time to go home she helped me with many returns, and sending out a very important letter. Thank you again Ayla!

I frequent this store, and staff is exceptionally tactful, friendly, professional and helpful.With one exception, who seems to relish bits of power & control derived from her work. She appears increasingly rude and difficult towards customers, and I’m unable to fully complete my errands like notary and shipping due to the be.I also needed notarization. By the time it was all untangled, I was exasperated, the notary had left, and hanging around the store any longer did not seem appealing.Once when shipping a return, despite a line out the door on a hot day, this individual insisted I prove that the return box was the same as the item was used for the original shipment but to me. The item was benign—clothing or a book—which easily fit in the Amazon box and packaged for UPS. Devising faux requirements to flex on customers for your own sense of importance seems quite sad, and yet here I am spending time on a detailed review.Once this person mixed up shipping labels and took a verbally aggressive tack when I politely asked to confirm which item landed in the respective boxes. Some items did ship but some have not been located to date.Still another time I was shipping gifts to my parents (like I often do) and this employee made it unnecessarily difficult by challenging the shipping address’ validity, taking an accusatory tone and raising so many objections that are really unlike anything experienced at other stores, and I’m left exasperated.I count the people ahead in line to predict whether I’ll land with this employee. The amount of time wasted is convincing me to drive out to the UPS Ormond. This review was inspired by a visit today, when she sneered and patronizingly stated in a baby voice how shipping an item requires a box, and it’s “my lucky day” because I happened to bring the item in a box—as if I’m too stupid to comprehend. This treatment is ridiculous and unpleasant, at minimum, and I feel for the owners in case the impact of this individual on their otherwise solid business is not understood.

I’m visiting family, and my family had to make some Amazon returns. We visited this UPS store and had probably THE best experience I’ve had at a UPS store anywhere… my local UPS stores in El Paso, TX are notorious for being horrible. Excellent customer service and excellent employees at this location in Palm Coast, what a pleasant and great experience. They also had the store decorated for Halloween, it was great!
