They NEVER answer the phone if you missed a package

Some moron came down my street this past Friday and took out my mailbox that has been up for 15 years. So the next morning I put it back up using 2x4rs and within 5 hours the mail carrier put a note in my box telling me it was to low and I need to raise it 3 - 6 inches. Well it was at 37" for 15 years and no problem. Now it's at 38" and it's to low. WHAT? So I confrunted the carrier and she said it hurt her back putting my mail in the box. I said but you just crawled from the back of your vehicle (usps truck) as I approached you and that didn't hurt your back? Not to mention there are about 20 neighbors mailboxes that are in the range of 28" to 36" high (I went and measured them) and she didn't say anything to them. The other thing is I tried calling to speak to the post master G. Walters and no one ever answers the phone. Tried at least 15 different times during the day and never was connected to anyone. I don't mind raising my box, but you better well make sure everyone else's box are also at the regulation height (41 to 45 inches from the road to the inside shelf where the mail is placed) Ihave until the 16th of March to raise it or they threaned to no deliver my mail. I guess I will have to go stop in at the post office and see if the post master has the guts to come out and talk to me.

The most aggressive, unpolite and false making statements customer service REP I have ever interacted with in my past +60 years! Did not deliver and returned ALL my Palm Coast mail for the past +60 days with notes to senders like "After circulating from Daytona to Palm Coast to Daytona to Orlando and so on, USPS returned your package to our store". (?!) Obviously these people believe they own the business and us all.

The place closes at 4:30 pm, but the website shows 5:30pm. Can someone please correct this.

This is the first Post Office I actually didn’t mind going to. The line is long but goes by very fast. The customer service people are great. Very helpful, polite, patient and knowledgeable.

1.13.23- Palm Coast LL section resident. The carrier ripped my mailbox off the post by shoving a package in the box. Complained, with photos, case # received. For 8 days & going, no response, mailbox sitting on the ground. Have not received my mail/packages for this entire time. Emailed Gina Walters for response, crickets. Moved here in August of 2023. My carrier, on some days, bypasses our entire court & does not deliver our mail. The neighbors state, yes, sometimes we get our mail, sometimes we do not. What good is reporting on your dashboard whether or not you received your mail? They dont care.

Very busy post office of the normal day and being the holiday season, a much higher volume of customers at the window mailing packages. Every window flowed quickly. I was greeted in a pleasant manner and the transaction went smoothly and I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I trust my packages with the Palm coast post office.

Being from NY, and this being Christmas time... I expected long lines and grumpy clerks at the post office today, but instead I had the best experience! I waited about 5 minutes, was greeted professionally, and my business was transacted in less than 3 minutes. The clerk was so nice, and so were the others I saw there. I highly recommend the Palm Coast Post Office!!

I will definitely avoid interacting with one of the senior clerks who definitely has an impolite and passive/aggressive tone during the transaction process with a customer. Having a courteous and polite tone while interacting with your customers is very important. Unfortunately this man does not operate by these critical standards.

Three occasions on legal documents that were sent Express that was supposed to be delivered in 24 hours the Palm Coast post office failed. Their biggest problem is they send it to Orlando and Orlando doesn't careIf it is Express or 3 day delivery or a week. It sits in Orlando for at least 3 days no matter what. If you have documents that absolutely have to be there you shouldn't send them through the Palm Coast post office. You need to have the package delivered to and bring me to the local post office there because otherwise it won't get there! As bad as the US postal service is Palm Coast is worse. Shouldn't take 4 days to deliver an Express package that is only one hour away. Why would you send a package to Orlando when Jacksonville is closer to the final location than Orlando. And why are packages that are expressed not separated from every other package so that they get there quicker. Even more sad as you speak to a supervisor and they can't tell you what they're going to do to fix the problem so it doesn't continue to happen. If there is no fix it plan then the issues never get resolved

I cant tell you how many times my items will say they have been delivered and they havent. My address is very similar to another address and I have had to call this post office so many times to tell them I did not get my packages. Really aggravating. Mistakes happen, but this happens too often. :(

I was at the post office yesterday to return a package to NJ. I had items in a box but not sealed. The reason was I wanted to see if it was more cost efficient to use a padded envelope. Postal worker said to get an envelope. So I gathered my items and I was walking away to get an envelope and he said Miss bring it back and we'll just use the box. He proceeds to tell me to tape the box. He tapes one corner then hands me the tape. Apparently, I was not doing it properly. He takes the tape then does it and says "I showed you how to do this and then says I'm not supposed to do this. I didn't expect him to tape it. He took that on himself. I was so uncomfortable at that point and couldn't wait to get out of there. I cannot believe this kind of behavior is allows. Very disappointed.
