I've know Keith Cullings for at least a decade, back when he worked another career. When I learned he changed careers and went with Verizon, I made a point to visit him in his new place of work. Keith has always lived up to his earned reputation of providing Excellence of Service, demonstrating a willingness to go over and above the Call of Duty. Aimee Pierce is an exceptional employee. My wife and I have been customers for over 10 years now and have NEVER had a hint of a problem when working with Aimee. Ever since we moved here, Aimee has been able to answer any question we might have had, as well as resolve any other issues. As octogenarians, we have had more than our share or issues, but she handles them with ease. We first met Aimee at the Verizon store on Rt. 100, when we needed new phones. Aimee took us thru the process with ease which was a blessing. As time went by, and issues kept cropping up, Aimee was able to handle each and every one with ease. When Aimee transferred to the store on Belle Terre, we we not far behind. We bought our current phones thru her and continue to call on her if any issues arrive. She has always been pleasant,
professional and interested in any issues we might have. I can't imagine a better representative for Verizon.

I found her customer centric and provides me with expert product knowledge and always makes sure that the service fits my current needs, she never tries over sell me, I really appreciate her professionalism. I have been with Verizon since 2001. Amy truly is a "point of light" for the Verizon brand.
