Online store hours show opened on Sundays from 11-5 but upon arrival at 1pm store was closed with no sign in window of hours or out to lunch. Repeated phone calls went unanswered and mailbox was full. We were forced to call Verizon Wireless to handle our order and they couldn't reach the store either. As a 17 year customer in NY this represents terrible customer service. If not for a terrific young lady assisting by phone( in the Philippines no less)I would have canceled my Verizon Wireless account

The service itself was a 5 as i got in and out quickly in buying and setting up a new Samsung phone. However the pricing on the Liquid Glass screen guard and Incipio case were complete rip offs. $44.95 for the screen guard is available online for $15. Phone case was $29.99 and it's on Amazon for $6. Also, $35 charge for a relatively simple transfer of data (that's always been no charge for long time customers in the past). Learned my lesson. Buyer beware on the extras.

Absolutely horrible! Walk into hearing a conversation about if he didn’t sell a phone he would not be able to eat. We have a promo for a free phone and he was trying to sell us 2 different types . Was talking to my husband instead of acknowledging my Dad who we were there for in the first place ! Never again !!!

I recently upgraded my android phone to a Galaxy S23. Love it. During my visit, I was pleasantly greeted by Samuel Garcia even though he was already working with another customer. He acknowledged my presence in the store. I was very impressed with his professionalism and excellent customer service. Strongly recommend him as he went over and beyond to meet my needs as well as the other customers in the store. Thank you from a Happy Customer!!!

I don't ever leave a post, but really needed to this time. Alex is so helpful and has been for years. Every tech problem I have or with every family member that wants a phone on my account, Alex has left me very satisfied with service. He has always been helpful, quick, kind, knowledgable and super easy to work with.

We had lots of questions switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. Alex was not only informative, but super knowledgeable. He made the process easy. Highly recommend Alex and Wireless Zone!

Bought a phone from them a couple of months ago and paid full price when phone arrived at store. When I got home and unboxed my new iPhone 14 I noticed it was damaged. They refused to accept my return and told me I had to call Verizon and deal with them directly even though the store was the one that put the order through.When I called Verizon directly they told me the store was responsible for issuing the return and refund. When Verizon called the store directly and spoke with the manager he had the audacity to state that I was the one who damaged the phone (which was a lie since I immediately called the store when I noticed the damage). Never again will I deal with this store… EVER. The manager and employees are NOT honest people.

Weird vibe and not real knowledgeable. Convinced me to change my number rather than port it because it was "easier." However when I realized I needed the old number to get into other accounts, I called the store and they pawned me off on an 800 number. Seems like all these stores are run by seedy types so I'm not shocked. But wait till you see this dude. The picture is so accurate you won't believe.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. Worked with verizon help over the phone twice and they could not resolve the issue, actually gave me incorrect info. Tim diagnosed the problem and had my phone working in less than a half hour. Thanks so much.
