I use to go to that OTHER pharmacy (whisper) starts with a C. There is no comparison to customer service. Wallgreens is a 10 out of 10 for me.

Pharmacy is awful. Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins while they helped everyone inside before coming to help the people in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous.

The pharmacist Karine is a tremendous person. She went out of her way to help me with my prescriptions when I first moved here six months ago and she’s always been a professional and always gone that extra mile to make getting my prescriptions easy. She’s the reason we came back to Walgreens and left Cvs.

Friendly workers. Decent prices. I use the FedEx drop off inside the store alot. (But you have to have it there by the 4 PM pickup.)

Check your receipts. They will overcharge you and then when you catch. They will not pay you back your money if you used their rewards system. This chain keeps their prices low but does not always honor what they have advertised.
