I have nothing but praise for Elizabeth the pharmacist on duty today! She went the extra mile in dealing with my insurance to get my prescription authorization for payment. I’d been dealing with Express Scripts trying to get the meds delivered in a timely manner .
…without success . …was told I could get filled at local pharmacy until they could ship and when I did so they denied it ! Elizabeth personally called them and got it straightened out so I now have my meds that if I waited for express scripts I would have been 14 days without the new medication ordered upon discharge from the hospital .

These guys in the pharmacy seem to have issues every time I fill a script. And it always their issue. How long does one need to wait for thyroid meds. I will be looking to move my scripts!

Stopped by on my way home from work last evening to pick up prescriptions and some milk. I got home and the milk I purchased expired on 9/1. Gross check your food items purchased here and make sure they are still good.

The staff on Palm Coast Parkway work their butts off even when they do not have enough staff or when customers are impatient. I have heard and seen them being yelled at because they are not fast enough. This morning Ashlyn was my hero because she took care of a medication that I lost when moving. Thank you !!

I bought a 2 pack of pregnancy tests. I took one and it gave me an error message. Well, that's not my fault and I should be able to return the product for an exchange. Instead, a black-haired, female cashier announced my situation in front of other customers to the manager. I had photos of the used, faulty test and they still wouldn't exchange leftover test for a replacement product. What was I supposed to do, bring in a used test?! Totally unsanitary. Horrible customer service. Just go to CVS; they are uneducated bullies here.

I find all Walgreens to be garbage and significantly more costly than every other drugstore.
It's particular Walgreens has one of the most offensive managers I have ever encountered. I went in looking for tub tablets and the woman went on a tyrant

The worst...incompetent staff. After my doctor's office contacted this Walgreens 3 times to fill a prescription they still failed to fill it. One excuse after another of why it was not filled. One staff member told the nurse there was no account for me. Strange...since they filled several previous prescriptions in the last 8 months. Go anywhere but here to have prescriptions filled.

Walgreens on route 100 by target is the worst ever
Keep people waiting in line when there’s plenty of people standing at the counter chitchatting
Does not make the people feel important at all every time I go to pick up a prescription they say it’s not ready after I get email and text to come get it
Time to move on there’s too many other choices!⬇️
