Hadn't had our oil changed here in many years, last oil change we were in a hurry and stopped by to have our truck and one of our small car's oil changed at the same time. Less than 3,000 miles later the truck's phone app was saying the oil was low and we had to have it serviced much sooner than we should have. A few weeks later the small car had the same problem so we had the oil changed yet again. We've never had this happen anywhere. Not sure if they simply made a mistake and didn't put enough oil in both vehicles, the truck is still fairly new and the car isn't old enough to be burning oil, so now we're afraid to go back and have our oil changed here again. We're wondering if anyone else has had the same happen to them?

I was not prioritized because I was doing a battery warranty exchange and they helped non-auto customers first. I had to wait an hour. They should prioritize based on who comes in first, not who is easier to checkout. Manager saw me waiting a long time and didn’t think to help.

I've had horrible experiences with the tires & oil changes this wld be a book if I went into further detail! The only reason I even gave 1star was bc I had to and the manager I believe his name was Anthony was very nice and handled the situations responsibly. Haven't gone back in mths but for some reason (probably convince) my husband did and sure enough the cap was left off and oil leaked all over the motor so I don't recommend this one

Website and building both say they do oil changes until 7pm. Showed up at 4:45 and was told they stopped at 4pm. Perhaps you idiots should change your outside signs then.

Decent place to work at .needsimprovement of pay for long term associatesIe raises and hourly rates need to increase for auto care service technicians..not just new guys..definitely staffing issues and pay rate issues..but it's a fun atmosphere at times..guys and gals. I worked with were some of the greatest people...I will definitely miss them ..

Had a simple valve stem replacement and dropped it off they said it would be a while to get it back they were busy that day they called me before the end of the day to let me know that it was finished but at that time I couldn't go get it so they allowed me to pick it up the following day excellent customer care

Went to find a battery for my car. They did not have the one I wanted on the shelf. The nice lady working the counter went out back and looked for me. Last time the person working there was maybe having a bad day, they told me whatever is on the shelf is what you get. And did not seem to even want to help.

One guy behind the counter with one register just isn't enough to handle customers in a timely manner. The program to check customers in and out must be antiquated. Seems like he had to hit 15 buttons to check customers in and out. Plan on waiting if you go there. Glen,behind the counter, kept his cool and his smile. Don't know how he did it.

The WORST experience I've ever had getting service (any type of service).No vehicles were in the bays when I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change. When I asked, the attendant looked at the bay and told me it would take "30 minutes."One hour later, they had just pulled my truck into the bay to perform the oil change I requested. If it was busy, I could understand. But when there was no one ahead of me, I don't understand why it would take so long. When I asked the guy at the front, he told me it would be another "20-30 minutes." When I told him that an hour ago the guy told me that it'd only be 30 minutes." John's response (word for word), "so."When checking out, the price had gone up $11 from the quote they gave me. The reason, they put a synthetic filter on without asking me. When I questioned it, the "so" guy walked off and said, "we're done."When the service manager came back, I explained what happened. He credited me back the specialty filter they put on without my permission. I also told him how I was treated. John was standing there and denied it. I explained that I'm sure they can review it with the video cameras.
