When ever I’ve had a problem they have always been very good taking care of the problem. And pretty fast also. Everyone in the Cyprus branch are the nicest all the time. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great Bank.

Today we went in to do a wire transfer into our account from a buyer for one of our vehicles. Jill ( Guilliam ) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us. The first lady at the first desk on right as you walk in was of no assistance and almost made us feel unwelcome. This is our bank and has been for many years. Jill was so helpful, patient and kind. Thank you so much for all your help and patience today :)

Spanish Lady Bank Officer setting in her cubical sat me down to review my account.She was sick with a flu ocongested , and not wearing a mask.After several snizzing, covering her mouth we her sleeve .I. Mentioned you sound sick .She replied yes.I walked away.

If you need a competent notary don’t bother wasting your time at this branch. Olga doesn’t understand what the purpose of a notary is. We temporarily don’t have a notary on staff and we’ve been using the other 2 branches in town for their notary services and they’ve been wonderful. Unfortunately, this was the only branch that had an appointment available today and as we needed this completed by Monday, we made an appointment here. It was a simple permit application and she gave my husband a hard time about it and didn’t want him to sign a section of the document. He’s the contractor! Totally unacceptable! He’s literally had this exact same type of document notarized numerous times at another branch with absolutely zero issues! Now we will have to make an appointment at the other branch where they actually know what they’re doing (witnessing a signature for crying out loud) in order to get this completed. What an enormous waste of time! We have been customers of Wells Fargo for decades for both our personal and business accounts and they failed us today. I am extremely disappointed with this branch.

Wonderful helpful staff, especially Olga. Opened a new checking account 90 days ago and got a $300 cash gift . I'm very happy with this branch in Palm Coast.

Teresa here told me I was one minute early at (9:00) so I came inside there was a whole line of people so she took my checks and told me to wait in line and I've been here for 20 minutes I told her I was running late for work if she could hurry it up and relay the message to the banker well she ignored that walked straight back to what she was doing working another lady came up to me and told me she cannot cash my check his bank is a complete joke and waste of time people here are very unresponsible and do not care what you have to do

Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes was never even acknowledged. Left and went to another bank and got immediate service.

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever been to. I called multiple times to see if I could get a notary and no one would answer the phone. On the 4th try I got someone to answer, but they couldn’t get me “an appointment” not tell me what the wait time was. When I stopped in, the receptionist asked me to sit and wait while the banker finishes up with a client. I wasn’t sure which one it would be, but later I saw a banker finish up and whisper gossip about the previous client. After about 10 minutes, the receptionist asked her she could do a notary. The notary was rude and not knowledgeable either, WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. The staff here are rude and robotic and forgot about the human element of customer service.

If I could leave a zero rating I would. My father had a Brighthouse IRA with Wells Fargo Advisors.He did a change of beneficiaries on February 20, 2020 at our local branch in Palm Coast with Olga Muravyeva. I have done business with Olga in the past with several of my business accounts. The reason why we went to our local branch was because my father wanted the change of beneficiaries done immediately and properly. My father passed away May 2. I proceeded to file a claim a few weeks later only to find that Wells Fargo Advisors was not honoring the claim because they did not receive the change of beneficiary paperwork until June, despite the fact my father signed the paperwork in February. I have made many phone calls to St Louis, got hung up on from an outsourced call center, email and scan documents to Wendy Mieszalski the branch manager in Palm Coast without any resolution. I am now getting legal counsel for a situation that any reasonable person with a brain could clearly see is correct and they should abide by my father's wishes.

I love this branch of Wells Fargo! They saved my elderly mother and I from a scam and I am so grateful for the ladies there !!! Kudos and I cannot thank you enough. I have my business and personal banking with them and I am very satisfied.

I would give this branch a zero if I could. Been to this branch twice and both times we got an attitude from two separate female individuals. We will not be back and if not for the wonderful customer service from other branches we would be pulling out all money from our accounts and going to a different bank.

Worst experience i have ever had !! They sold my accounts to a bank in Indiana (flagstar) left me with no money and closed my account with no notice i am a disabled veteran with no power or place to live because my rent check did not go through im having to drive to savanna Georgia get get the money they transferred without my knowledge!! This bank is scum VETERANS STAY AWAY PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WELLS FARGO THEY HATE SOLDIER'S CURRENT AND VETERANS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY HAVE RIPPED OFF!!!!
