Tell me how I come in here every single day about four times a day, and buy cigars constantly, and beer constantly.... But today randomly I come in and they ask me for my ID... The same people I deal with every single day for I can't even tell you how long.... Very frustrating and really upset me today. I swear it's like they did it just to be annoying....... I even bought cigars today from there .. why not ID me for those earlier in the day?

This is sad. I can never shop here again. Came in on May 4th at 1:55am to purchase 2 drinks from the cooler.
Once I arrived to the counter the cashier said nothing. After The order was paid for the cashier walked away.
I said have a good night & there was no response. This is not customer service.
Please fire this employee & replace with someone who has customer service expierence.
I will not be shopping here in the future.

Let's start out with the employee named Michelle needs some training on customer service. Alan was very polite. I was standing in line. I let two people go in front of me. There was a bunch of teenagers in the store and I understand they can be frustrating. Michelle did seem frustrated. I know her job is not easy in the middle of the night. But as I was the second person in line, she didn't even tell me that she was going to close. All she did was slam the next register sign down. I asked her seriously. She said yes my shift's done. And I had to go back to the end of line on the second register with six teenagers. If I was the manager of this store I definitely would give her more training on how to deal with customers when she is upset. Absolutely ridiculous treating people this way.

This Place was recently bought by New Owners. They Were nice, now they are Stressed and Nasty!! The gentleman that stands out is Michael. I came into the store, was Only Customer..he made me wait, nearly 10 minutes because he was Busy..the poor other employee was trying to drag out 4 enormous garbage bags..!! He never even held the door for her..I am still waiting..He was nasty when I asked to be waited on..There is clearly something wrong here. The employee was Ass Mgr..wow..!!!

I live down the street and come here all the time. Recently if you go at night, they will only have 1 person and all they do is complain they have to do door dash orders all by themselves. Sat and waited 20mins to be checked out while they did a door dash and I was the only one in there with the exception of one other person. Just a heads up, seems like maybe management changed and now this place is going to get run down.

Had lyrical lemonade in stock, been looking for that, employee i spoke with was very friendly and knew what was up.. quick stop but enjoyed, i dont know what the bad reviews are for it looked pretty clean to me

This location is absolutely disgusting! The store itself is filthy, and the employees are equally unpleasant. The place needs a complete overhaul, and the staff desperately needs customer service training.

They need to start checking their fountain drinks we ordered two fountain drinks from 7-Eleven with Uber eats the Sprite was nothing but carbonated water we tried to call them to see if they could fix the Sprite and their phone number was out of order

Guy at the front counter was very professional and helpful. Always a pleasant surprise when people actually care to do a good job.
