Debbie H was kind of rude at the front counter. I don’t think you should tell people “If you have a bank account, you can use your card”. It look an extra minute to pay with cash and she made it seem like a big inconvenience.

The office hours for the Palm Harbor AAA are listed weekdays until 5:30. I showed up two days in a row at 5:14 and 5:02 to get an international driving permit and was told that they “shut their register down at 5:00”. Day #2 at 5:02, trying my hardest to get there on time after work (I work in healthcare), I was told no AGAIN, register closed AND THEN was told “WE have to take off TIME for our personal appointments”.
They need to change their hours of operation AND their RUDE attitudes. I spoke to another AAA branch and apparently, the attitude problem at Palm Harbor is a thing in general. If you want customer service, the Palm Harbor AAA is NOT the place for it. I’m not only a victim of rudeness, I’m a member! I pay for the premium membership!

Waiting for an international driving permit and these are the slowest damn people working here!!!! I’m only one sitting in the waiting area and all I see are a bunch of people shooting the shit and not doing a damn thing! I would never pay to receive service like this!!!!! So NO, I don’t wanna become a damn member!!!! Apparently that’s the only way to get any service here!!!!!!! Absolutely absurd that AAA is the only place to get a damn international driving permit!
