Today was my first visit. X-rays were taken and a teeth cleaning. Also, a teeth healthcare plan was created. I was given a goody bag and a follow-up appointment. I would recommend.

Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff alone are amazing. The care is even better. 10 out of a 10 recommend. Thank you all so much.

Opening door and walking in was like going to family. Front of the house was welcoming and friendly. I knew I had made the right choice. If there was a rating of 100 stars I would do it.

Terrible Experience. The lady Renee who handles the billing is misleading, rude, and a flat out liar. Dr. Rokita and the other employees I dealt with seemed great. Hopefully aspen dental sees what a terrible employee this lady is and gives her the boot she deserves . Beware. I ended up not getting my procedure done and now have to find another office. Renee couldn’t even get a copy of my refund. She did have plenty of rude remarks to make in the 15 mins it took her to apply the refund. Which was hand written by here, “I’ll email you a paper receipt once I get it”This lady should not be working in health care. Not a single word to try and help the situation all she had was snarky remarks and holding onto her lie. Good job Renee.

Probably the worst place I’ve ever been too.Was told when I asked how much I owed, I was told insurance is covering it. So naturally I excepted to procedure. To receive a bill in the mail for 1300$!! When I called to find out about this charge I was told that normally people are covered so they must have assumed I would be covered. This was without calling or processing the claim. I did get the bill down by 600$ because I was billed twice for the same thing. But the wording was different. These people are crooks! It’s not a dentist office, it’s an office that will smile while they abuse and lie in your face. All to make more money.Beware!! And don’t expect much help.I do have a lawyer involved now. Might not be much money but it’s more about the principle. Do not abuse clients who expect transparency and honesty.

Horrible. Do not go here at all. This is not a real dentist's office. It's a hole in the wall with a dental sign on the building. I could write several paragraphs but suffice it to say that the front desk staff, assistants, dentists and salespeople are the most unorganized, incompetent, uncaring and poorly trained souls I have ever encountered in my lifetime in the dental industry. They do not deserve anyone's money.

I was in this week to get a filling replaced after the temporary one had come out. I was there for 1 hour and 45 minutes during which time I spent five minutes with the x-ray tech and roughly seven minutes with the dentist. It’s extremely frustrating to be waiting in the dentist chair for over an hour before even meeting the dentist. If that’s typical for Aspen Dental to stretch what could be a half hour appointment into a nearly two hour time frame, I feel that’s terrible business practice and speaks to a lack of respect for their patient's time. I started with Aspen about a year ago knocking out a $9500 treatment plan I was presented with. I will not be back and happily take my business elsewhere to a dental practice with more emphasis on patient care and competancy with regard to scheduling appointments based on the dental work being completed and not on the dollar signs associated with the procedures.

Jess (the hygienist) is amazing.I highly recommend anyone to only go to her.Tyler at the front desk does a great job.Renae (hope I’m spelling her name right?) was extremely helpful and on top of her job by continuously calling me to remind me to make my payment through their sms/text system.Brandon was the assistant who helped the oral surgeon remove my wisdom teeth. He did a really good job.The Oral surgeon (forgot his name) is the go to guy for getting wisdom teeth removed.Christine (another dental assistant) was extremely kind and polite to these two elderly folks opening each door for them on the way out all the way until they made it to the parking lot.Alyssa (oral surgeon assistant) - she’s cool. The whole team did an outstanding job today (as I’m sure they do everyday).Already have my next cleaning appointment booked in August. ✅
