This store is great. I wouldn’t go to any other store after coming to this store. I’m 85 years old and I’m on a fixed income. I went into the store to get my bill down because I just paid off my phone and they helped me with the senior plan and saving me over $50 a month. These days with everything going up it was nice to have a bill go down. Ask for Alexis when you get here. She’s the expert

This place has the lowest quality of people working here. They ended up costing my wife a ton of extra money because of their incompetence. Then proceeded to raise their voices at us the customer when we called them out on the mistake. The blonde in there said sir i know you are frustrated and you have been here for 3 hours but im spending my energy on you so i am trying. Do yourself a favor stay far away from this place and thank me later. Also nothing against weed but the place smelled like weed so bad I couldn't breathe. I gave it one star because 0 isn't an option.

After visiting three stores for what I thought would be a simple phone upgrade, I found myself in a frustrating and exhausting process. Just when I was about to give up, I went to the Palm Harbor store managed by Alexis, who is absolutely phenomenal. Despite my frustration, she provided me with exceptional customer service.
Not only did Alexis take the time to explain each transaction, but she also carefully reviewed my bill and was able to eliminate some charges, resulting in significant savings. She truly exemplifies what it means to be a leader! Her professionalism, patience, and thoroughness are commendable.

SALESPERSON TOLD A FALSEHOOD CONCERNING INTERNET AIR THAT REQUIRED US TO SPEND 35 MINUTES ON THE PHONE ONE DAY AND OVER AN HOUR HAVING TO BEG FOR A PRE PROMISED CREDIT ANOTHER DAY. THE STORE AT CORAL LANDINGS IS ALWAYS FULL WITHOUT ENOUGH STAFF - I TRIED GOING THERE FIRST 2 DIFFERENT TIMES PRIOR TO CALLING SOMEONE THERE TOLD ME TO DIAL 611. THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. i CHECKED 2 STARS BECAUSE IN MY AREA THE PRODUCT IS GOOD.

Alexis was great. I called wanting a new Apple Watch for my health. Alexis got me the watch that fit my personal needs and actually also saved me money on my bill. The best part is my wife was able to get a new watch as well. I am a long term business owner and that’s how a business should be ran. From the manger Ashley checking on us and being involved and Alexis’s great customer service. I won’t be going to another store as long as they are here.
