Alexis at the Palm Harbor AT &T is wonderful. She spend 2 hours helping me with an error on my bill and helped me with a better plan. She is very knowledgeable and was determined to fix my problem. She was also able to multi task and help other customers in store due to the fact that customer service had her on hold for 30 min. She’s a keeper!!

Very unhelpful. Don’t know how to answer my question. Manager was asking me what my husband do and I don’t think relevant at all with help I need from them and he just turned around and left .Telling me to call att support. We never go there

I really want to thank you Matt F. I went to 3 different AT&T stores and no one could figure out how to active my SIM card after all the information on my phone was accidentally erased. It took Matt F. literally 3 minutes to figure out want to do! And in 7 minutes I was walking out the store happy and with my “SIM card” problem fixed. Thank you Matt F!

My wife stopped by to make a payment around 7:30 p.m. yesterday. A representative was not helpful with her when she tried to complete a payment for a prepaid service. Considering changing the carrier !!! So sad she doesn't remember the name of the representative so the Organization helped her improve her customer service skills.

Google shows the store is open Sunday 11 am - 05 pm. I got there at 11 am and it was closed. The hours that are on the door shows they removed a 1 from the 11. They should change their hours on Google.

Cameron is a Rockstar. Found many items he could update on my services/charges. The upgrade was quick, he was informative, and it was an all around great experience. FIRST great experience I've had at any AT&T store....in 10 years.
