The reason banks are not geting good reviews is because they just don't care. You call the banks and they just don't answer and tell you they will call you back. They even took money out of my account without my permission and that's why I am calling them and they won't pick up the phone because they can see my number and refuse to call me back. I have had it with Bank of America. Let's see how shocked they will be when I withdraw all my money from them.

Bank of America are scammers!!! STAY AWAY! My husband has a business account with them and they hold his checks for weeks at a time when it comes out of his clients end. The last straw was when they cleared his check waited for us to go grocery shopping then reversed it and have the audacity to tell him he has to wait and now pay a overdraft fee. We will be moving to a credit union and want no part of the fraud federal reserve anymore! This is wrong and you should be in jail for doing this to hard working American families. Shame on you

Horrible. Walked in and they Wrote my name down and told me 20 minutes. I was coming to do a simple name change. They took forever and didn't check in once. It has now been over an hour but I don't want to leave now because I will have water an hour of my life for nothing. Horrible customer service.

Found someones credit card and called to report it. 56 minutes and 3 department transfers later, I was asked to hold while they transfer me to the "right department " (???!!!) Admittedly I went ballistic! Doing the right thing just shouldnt be this difficult! There wasnt a single please or thank you even one time during this call. It reminded me of the reason I pulled my money out of B of A many years ago. They had terrinle customer service then and it certainly hasnt improved. Reporting that I found someones credit card just shouldnt be this difficult! I have found 3 credit cards in my life. The first 2 were incredible easy to report. Of course, they werent with Bank of America. They were with banks who had a competent customer service department. If I ever come across someones B of A credit card again Im cutting it up without reporting it. Ill never deal with these clowns again

Most horrible experience I've ever had with this bank. I've been with them since they were Barnett Bank. I've been going into the branch since it opened. Today was the worst experience ever. I needed some papers notarized and asked a perfectly innocent question and got the 3rd degree of how it was her right to look over my papers. Then she had to get up and discuss the papers with her manager. When I asked why I got barked at again saying she'd never notarized something like this before. I innocently asked why that mattered what the papers and didn't get a response. She's just suppose to notarize them. My ML team member spoke with the Manager Mark and emailed with the other lady manager 3 days prior to my being there. When the manager walked by the office of the Saira, who was the notary helping me, she told her I was the person. I had my ML person on the phone at that time and she told me she'd spoken with the manager and gave me her name. When I asked the manager if that was her name she said yes and denied knowing anything about this. Spoke very harshly with me that she never spoke with her and I took as she was calling me a liar. I told her I'm not lying and she said I've never spoken with her, I showed her the persons name and she said I've never spoken with anyone by that name, turned around rudely and walked away. This was in front of a lobby full of people. While I was on the phone with my person the lady finally started notarizing the papers. When Nicole asked me if they were being notarized I said yes, finally and the lady slide the papers back under the shield told me she refused to notarize them and started putting her stuff away and told me to leave she wasn't notarizing anything for me. When I told Nicole about it I pushed the papers back to Saira and she took them and finished doing the notarizing. NO ONE would be treated this way. I asked an innocent question and you'd thought I'd cursed her out. They made a huge scene in the lobby area and it was totally uncalled for. If it wasn't for my ML team I'd close every account I have with BOA and I will never recommend them to anyone. Knowing the way the acted today they'd probably be glad if the people who ask questions would leave. So please if you go into this branch, do not ask anyone questions, you're likely to get your head bit off with a side serving of attitude.

What terrible customer service. I was looking to open up two new accounts to be linked up with my own bank account. You can't make an appointment online, you can't talk to anybody on the phone, you can't chat with anybody online and the wait is an hour and a half to seeing associate. You just lost three more customers.

Needed to go because I had identified MYSELF that I had fraud on my checking account. Took care of stopping my card, etc and ordering a new one that would come in 5-7 business days. Needed to go to the actual bank to get a temporary card. This bank is the only one open in the entire area. Soooo busy, crowded. Very long wait. Still haven't been seen and I've been waiting 30Minutes. I Understand Covid and limiting banking hours but having so many people waiting and in the bank lobby is also unsafe. People are wearing masks but social distancing is challenging. BOA needs to have another location open! These are your customers!!!!
