Rude, I go there and I'm in the drive through we sat there for 10 mins and no one else was in line when we pulled up. Second I ask for ten different things to see if they have anything and they don't have s**** Do you have chocolate? No. Vanilla? No. Like what do you have? Might as well close down, I myself work in a froyo place and I make sure to let management know if we are low on s**** This place sucks don't come here

Waited for several minutes to even be noticed. 2 workers behind counter and no other customers but me. Nobody in drive through. Every time I asked for something the young lady said they didn't have it. No nuts. Couldn't get peanut butter sauce because it wasn't heated up, never offered to microwave it Finally settled on hot fudge and when I sat down to eat it she had used the hard chocolate coating instead which was disgusting. A group of older new yorkers came in after me and were much more verbal than I was when they were ignored for several minutes. One of the girls said they were doing dishes. Not sure why either of them are acting so exhausted. Extra star was for cleanliness.

This has to be the slowest and dirtiest Baskin Robbins I've ever been in. The only one who knows what they are doing is the manager, she tries to keep things moving, but the staff is clueless. 1 staff member moves so slow it's like watching a sloth, she completely has no regard to how long people wait or how crowded the store is. Do Better!

Very disappointing. Didn’t have waffle bowls, sundae items, half the donuts or the mango flavor for the smoothie. They could atleast warn you before you bother looking over the menu or post a sign or something. I understand as a business running out of a product but in this case they may as well tell you what they actual do have so you don’t waste so much time. The donut I did get was dry and disappointing as well. Lakeland store is way better.

Been two times now at 8 and 830 or so... came in tonight it’s my husband birthday all he wanted was a scoop of mint chocolate chip. I wanted a brownie sundae which it says they have, but they don’t serve brownies, then I asked about the cookie sundae they don’t have cookies either, then said okay I’ll have a scoop of mint chocolate chip and cookie dough, didn’t have either flavor. Same thing happened the last time. The girl said for as long as I’ve worked here we’ve never had brownies or cookies yet they’re on the menu. Someone needs to undercover boss the hell out of this place and shut it down and fire everyone and reopen.

Never again...I can't believe they could screw up an order so badly...If I could give negative stars, I would. I had trouble finding the all-ice cream cakes on the web site so I called the Palm Harbor store to see if I could place an order over the phone. The girl sounded new but I repeated everything at least 3 times and was very specific. I said I wanted an ice cream cake that was ALL ice cream with the crunch layer in the middle, one layer chocolate, one layer vanilla, with the oreo cookies on top and the chocolate fudge trim that would feed about 12 people. This item has been on their menu for years! I was clear that I didn't care if it was round or rectangle, and "happy birthday" could be in any "boy" color such as blue, green, brown...just not pink. AGAIN I told her the KEY POINTS: ALL ice cream, and it must feed 12 people. I ordered on the 27th for the party on the 30th at 5pm. The store where they actually make the cakes called the next day and left a message, but I was at work, so I returned the call on the 29th. The cake-maker said they didn't have enough information to process the order...they had no idea what color icing to use. AGAIN I told them what I wanted, said blue or any boy color, AGAIN I told them the KEY POINTS that it needed to be all ice-cream, and serve at least 12, but otherwise I was flexible. Later that day they called me again to tell me that since the order that I called in hadn't been submitted at least 48 hours in advance they couldn't fill the order. I repeated that I placed the order on the 27th for the 30th and wouldn't be picking it up til after 5pm...and don't you, an ICE CREAM COMPANY...have at least ONE all ice cream cake that will serve 12 people somewhere in Pinellas County? Apparently not, and they said the order was never submitted, so I was forced to cancel the order. But wait...it gets even worse... today, the 5th of the next month, I review my credit card statement and the charge is still there. I call BOTH Baskin Robbins locations, the one where I placed the order and the one that did not fill the order, and neither one had a single person on staff that could handle this problem. Does this company have any management? I called during normal hours... I tried at 9:30 in the morning and again at 4pm. Thank goodness I used Discover!!! So don't worry Baskin Robbins folks!!! If you can't reverse this charge I can assure you that the competent staff at the Discover fraud department will!!!

Got a small vanilla ice cream cone that was freezer burnt and stale. When I found out it was stale, I bit right into a piece of paper that must’ve been from another cone. Plus there was a hair on it too, just to top it off. Waste my money!

Decided to stop for ice cream on a Sunday afternoon. There were 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children). I observed 4 employees working. No one was standing in line. After a few minutes, one employee addressed us and took one of our orders and mentioned it would be a few minutes for the milkshake. Five minutes later they made the milkshake and when asked for a straw, the employee mumbled they were "over there". Five minutes later was also when someone asked if I had been helped which was after they helped two other people who came in after me. I ordered an ice cream cone. The employee walked away annoyed and a minute later came back holding the cone instead of the paper wrapping. I asked for a cup since she man handled the cone and she grumpily asked if I wanted her to make another. I said no and she handed me a cup and then I had to ask for a spoon. We sat at a table to eat and a bit later noticed ants crawling around. Rude employees with no sense of urgency or customer service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Worst Baskin Robbins I've ever experienced. Terrible service. Rude employees. Ice cream tasted absolutely awful. I ordered chocolate. It tasted like someone dumped a bucket of cinnamon in it. My mouth was on fire. Baskin will never get a penny of my money again.
