“We recently purchased a new bike (the next size up) for our 6-year-old from Walmart. She asked if we could put the training wheels from her old bike onto the new one until she felt more comfortable riding it.
We brought the bike in, and John was incredibly kind and understanding. He took the time to take the bike apart to see if the training wheels could be installed. Unfortunately, the new bike isn’t designed to accommodate training wheels. John very gently explained to her that learning to ride means it’s okay to fall sometimes, and reminded her how lucky she is to have such a beautiful new bike.
We are so grateful to John and the shop for their patience and encouragement—and for not charging us for their time and effort. It truly meant a lot to our family.”
“I called and asked if they could change my tire and tube, was told it would take about an hour. I dropped bike off on Saturday around 1pm. He asked when I needed it, I told him today if possible. Recieved text before arriving home to drop off vehicle with service number and to text with any questions. Didn't hear anything Saturday.
Sent text Sunday with no reply. Tried calling a few times on Monday with no answer. Called again Tuesday with no answer and text with no reply. My son finally drove there Tues around 1pm, and they said it had been ready, for how long, who knows.
I love this store, they have great products and wonderful mechanics, however, this was unacceptable.”
