I have always received great service here from everyone I've encountered. However, .....Ms.Dee is a delightful, experienced and knowledgeable HR Rep. I mean, need I say more !?! Who doesn't want that when filing your taxes?

The boot ranch HR block is awful, specifically Josh Martin. He did my taxes last year and HE made errors causing me to still not have my return from LAST YEAR. I tried reaching him to get assistance, and was met with no response. I then went to the location for assistance and was met with such unprofessionalism by Josh. Now, I’m trying to work with the IRS myself to try and get my return. Mind you, I PAID HR BLOCK to manage this for me. They were happy to collect their fee to do my taxes, but I never received my return. HR blocks “corporate” number is useless as well.
Edit to post- I did call the corporate number- and they failed on their follow up as well. I’m so disappointed.

Ive been coming here for a few years. I've had decent, great, and not good experiences. My last experience not so good. I may not be back.
The person I was with was interrupted at least 3 times. The price for less than 15 minutes of service that was interrupted multiple times was high. Quite disappointed.

Not clear with pricing. Did bare minimum that we would have done by ourselves and over charged us for mediocre service. Not happy with service. Only positive thing about that place was the lady who works front desk. She was pleasant.

Don't go to BLock advisors, ever. They are half knowledgeable on tax preparations.

Pricing Guarantee not upheld, quote from their own website does not match the fees once you are charged, nor do they match the fee schedule shown in office. They are not allowed to tell you what you are paying for until payment clears, so staff is unable to help if you have pricing questions. (Note, this was the online experience and not in office. They assigned an advisor several states away that I spent weeks coaching through how to file our income, just to be charged more than a licensed CPA.)

I highly recommend Josh at the Boot Ranch Block Advisor office. I’ve been working with him for a few years and he’s always answered my emails or phone calls. He knows his tax info and does a great job!
