Pricing Guarantee not upheld, quote from their own website does not match the fees once you are charged, nor do they match the fee schedule shown in office. They are not allowed to tell you what you are paying for until payment clears, so staff is unable to help if you have pricing questions. (Note, this was the online experience and not in office. They assigned an advisor several states away that I spent weeks coaching through how to file our income, just to be charged more than a licensed CPA.)

I have never, ever had a more horrifying,devastating ,irresponsible and expensive tax experience in my life! I am a small, local business owner and Google Guide. I take my words seriously. I know what a few one star reviews can do to a business. This place deserves nothing less or more, I gave them every chance, 4 times the agreed upon time to complete my filings, then talked to the area manager, who seem to deem this acceptable as he said, " Oh no, everything is fine, she's just really busy". 9 WEEKS BEYOND DEADLINE BUSY!!!??? With no response to any of my 11 inquiries? The agreed upon date was back in June and she has never responded to an email, phone call or even me sitting in the lobby at their office for hours trying to get my documents back. The area manager is a joke, expecting me to "sit tight and just wait " and maybe if I'm a good girl you'll give me a discount??!?!? Are you out of your mind?!?!? I have made 3 cooperate complaints over the last two months and neither one correlates or contains the same info and now I have missed 1st Q23 fillings because of these idiots,who will NOT give me my ORIGINAL BUSINESS DOCUMENTS BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unreal.Run. Run far. These people are morons. Try a local business with a good reputation. apparently Margie Renkins' vacation was more important than her professional obligation to me!

Bingqing Fang is amazing!! She is experienced and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain any questions my husband and I had. Patient and very sweet. We will be going to her again. Definitely recommend!!
