I purchased a new gas Club Car. They had one in inventory at another retail location. They picked it up and had it in Palm Harbor in 3 days. Saved me 6 weeks of waiting if I had to order it.
They also made it street legal, doing it yourself is a pain. I also paid for a speed upgrade with additional parts. The first drive after the upgrade for speed was not at all what I wanted or what they wanted to get out of it. I was wondering if I made a mistake, I had already paid for the cart. I called Justin the GM and he was out the next day and picked it up, 2 days later he delivered it and it is exactly what I was hoping for originally.
Justin, knew I was a little concerned, but he assured me it was a simple adjustment. I am pleased to say that is exactly what it was. My experience was great with Justin and his team. I told Justin what I wanted, he got creative and got it done. Lesson learned, when you want something a little creative, , they delivered as promised.

If I could give a 0 that's what it would be. Stay away from Capital Golf Carts. The initial problem started at the Pinellas Park store where they had incompetent mechanics. Since that they no longer service out of that store. The golf cart was even sent to Sun city where the service was just as bad. They charged me for parts that were not even installed. After spending $3k with them and the problem still not fixed they sent another estimate for another $3k. I'm already 2nd guessing them because nothing that I've paid for is repaired. When Zach from the Palm harbor store picked my golf cart up it was working. He and I drove it around. When Capital Golf Carts dropped it back off after I refused to pay another $3k it was NOT working. I had someone else look at it and it was a bad cell in the lithium battery. After he repaired it Capital Golf Carts when they had it changed the speed to 18mph. it was going 26mph. The mechanic that repaired went to talk to Justin the general manager. he advised that we take it to Chris in Palm Harbor and have him change the speed. The golf cart sat there over a week until I called to see if it was ready. Chris said they were not going to look at it. Chris says now the controller is bad. It would cost another $1k. REALLY I waited to talk to Justin whom was on vacay. I ask Justin if they replaced the controller would they guarantee it would fix the problem he said NO. I said why would I continue to spend money on this when everything you have done is WRONG. Capital Golf Carts needs to be SUED. Chris's last advice was Evolution Golf Carts are not a good product. I said why do you sell them? Chris consistently talked negatively about Evolution. Stay away Buyer beware. Last when I went to pick the cart up the guy said I didn't know you were coming he brought the cart out and walked away. He didn't even help load the cart.

Great selection of carts, good prices and amazing customer service!
Yancy and Chris really go the extra mile to help anyway they can. From their extensive knowledge of carts to getting your ride street legal, the pro's at Capital are always there to lend a hand. They picked up our cart shortly after purchasing and made all the mods to get it street ready. They even take the DMV work out of things where you don't even need to go in. The extensive warranty these carts offer cover you in case of any issues. We had a charger go out in the cart and had the new part installed and our cart up in running again in no time. Don't waste your time at all these other cart dealer's cause Capital has been doing it the longest and the best in the Palm Harbor area!!

Stopped at Capital Carts looking for a golf cart cover. Yancy, who is the service manager, was extremely helpful in picking out the right one for me. I know there’s a reason I shop locally to meet and talk with people who enjoy what they do. It shows and I appreciate the extra help and focus. Thanks Yancy!

Headlights stop working on my golf cart. Capital came and picked it up, called me 3 days later saying it was a blown fuse, we were charged $216 for pickup, delivery and a replaced fuse and they returned the cart 6 days after the work was completed. We will be finding another golf cart service center. We pay for their expertise and they said it took over 1 hour of labor to identify the blown fuse. Complete waste of time and money, didn’t even give me a heads up when it was being dropped off.

Stole my $2000 deposit! Wrote a check to Capital Carts which was received by Scott Endicott the salesperson. I asked for a signed contract to which he said we have you in our system and you are good to go. Almost a year later no cart. Multiple emails/calls with no response. The one time I spoke with Scott his answer was deposits are non refundable. That would be great if you gave me a signed contract. Stock cart, not special order and i have emails to prove. No returned calls, filled with BBB. Stay away!
