Never, ever had an experience at chase like this. There is a reason for the 1.8 stars. Never had to negotiate pulling out my own money in cash. I will continue with Chase, not this branch.

Mona forgot how to be a professional. Ive been going there for over a decade and its never been this bad. Chase canceled my card without my permission and its been 10 days so far without untill i get one in the mail. .Extremely frustrating. Asked Mona for any help like a temp card etc., and straight up just strarted laughing out loud in front of her coworkers drawing attention saying they haven't had that type of thing for 40 years! Im glad to make your day mona. And she also had a idea that she rush me a card (and charge me!)but its already been 10 days since chase sent it. They stop the card even if you dont want them to if they think its being compromised somewhere. I tried to call them to stop the cancelation but was a holiday. All to be laughed at 10 days later. Im a joking kind of guy, but didnt expect this attitude from a major bank and was an attempt at being belittling. Im looking into a local bank asap.Read james amantides review..is same issue. These employees are rude and you can tell, are used to getting away with it. Since everything is online now, they have like 3 people in there working. All that dont truly care. Sad.

I have been with Chase for a few years and I am very satisfied. The staff is very nice and helpful. From 1 to 10 I would rate them 9.99

Went in to open an account. There was only one person working who handles new accounts- sorry can't help you, make an appointment next time. Now I've been calling all morning to make an appointment and no one answers the phone.

The “Vice President” of this branch is rude and useless. I am a Chase Private Client and recently moved to the area. I had an issue with being charged a wire transfer fee, which should be covered with Private Client. This so called manager just made excuses that “policies had changed” and couldn’t help me. I called my previous bank and there was zero issue with crediting me the fee. Chase upper management needs to find a replacement for this manager before it loses profitable clients who won’t put up with this poor customer service.

Justin didn’t know Chase company policy regarding acceptable ID and refused to setup account (I already have multiple Chase accounts). I left and looked up Chase policy online. Called back and Justin still refused. Asked for manager, Ryan, he also refused and maintained the same pig-headness. I persisted, Ryan placed me on hold and came back with a story that their policy had just changed that week and yes, I was right. My wife and I had taken off work to open these new accounts and arranged a sitter for our daughter who is disabled. Ryan offered no concession or respite, just a “sucks for you” attitude. Chase is bottom of the barrel as far as banks go and this branch is pretty near the bottom of Chase’s murky barrel.

This is my bank and I've only been here twice it was a good experience both times. In and out with no problems and the staff were very helpful and nice. Hope to use this location more often and it is in an easy to get to location that is also very safe.

I am truly amazed by these reviews. I have been dealing with banks for 45 years now both for my businesses and, of course, personally. My relationship with Chase and in particular this branch at Curlew and 19 is easily the best I have ever had. Without a single exception everyone at Chase has bent over backwards to make this a great, economical and sincerely friendly personal experience. As a result of moving my business accounts here in order to have nationwide branch coverage I ultimately moved all my personal accounts here as well. My thanks to everyone at Chase for all they have done earn this exceptional praise.

Stopped here so the beau could make a deposit. The bank was clean and busy on the outside, and he said on the inside it was neat. The service was fast too. No complaints.
