I was looking for a new bank after capital one let me down too many times, Antonio was fabulous! Felt no pressure to open the account even though I did end up opening the account but all my questions were answered and was great at walking me through the app. It was a breeze! Thank you Antonio for such great customer service under crappy circumstance's!

Shayna was the absolute best today!! Everyone in that location is beyond nice but Shayna really went above and beyond for me. Thanks again!! I'll be in to open a new, less restrictive checking account after my closing.

This bank location specifically has been a waste of my time twice so far. I unfortunately get out of work after it is closed for the day, my problem is that after getting the green light of using my chip to enter the indoor ATM, the doors are still locked regardless. So I don’t know what gives with that, but now I have to make an unnecessary stop at the Tarpon location. Let’s hope their doors at least open for the indoor ATM. I didn’t see anything posted about having limited access to the indoor machine so, you guys need to get with it and realize people have ATM needs after 5PM, Ridiculous!

Gunnar and Alexandra were very informative and versed in their products. They answered all of my questions and made opening an account with Chase a very pleasant experience.

I have been a chase customer for years but it wasn’t until this previous year that I became a client of casi. Casi has absolutly changed my banking experience 180, she goes the extra mile for you and will never give you a no as an answer. She will do whatever it takes to get what you need done even if it means going out of her way. Chase will always be my number one banking option for me and my business and casi is the reason for that.

Most likely the worst place to open an account. Remind you million time for an appointment but in the office nothing is organised. Kasi is most likely the unhelpful employee of the Year.

Who ever changed my local bank to not give me $ should be fired. Everyone that supports the idea should be fired. I dont want a debit card because it doesn’t give points peroid

Alexandra was the nicest lady ever! Treated us very kind and went out of her way to set up our savings , checking, charge cards and to have everything done that day! I recommend setting an appt to allow her the time to serve u you and your needs because she will and Alexandra will do it w/excellence!!

How can it be called a bank if it doesn't have any cash that I need to take out of my account? They couldn't change a $100 bill or sell me a roll of quarters.Only response is that I should use the ATM machine, which I do not want to do. It doesn't matter how nice the employees are if they can't help. Please put the tellers back and make it a bank again. It used to be a five star bank.
