asked for a fairly easy design and was told it was "too much" for me. Lucy put her own spin on it and it ended up looking terrible. completely different then what i asked for. i had her change the color but it didn't matter because the shape is awful and u can still see the old design stained through my new color. they look messy. definitely getting them redone and never returning.

If you haven’t been here, it’s a must. I moved away for 6 years and hoped and prayed that Hannah still worked here when I moved back. She does! Exceptional service, highly skilled! My husband and daughter have used other techs and have been extremely pleased. This is a well run, clean establishment staffed by wonderful people. You won’t be disappointed.

For years I got my mother gift cards for this place because its near her house. When my daughter visited for Christmas last week I took the 3 of us for 2 gel mani, 1 reg mani, and 3 reg pedi's.
My daughters fingernails were filed uneven and at odd angles to points and mine were filed shorter than my fingertips, my moms were fine but her toenails were left uneven and one was left at a ridiculous length until we asked him to please fix it!
We all left with PAINTED CUTICLES on our toes!
I also noticed other patrons being offered beverages and being shown how to operate the massage chairs, those courtesies were not extended to us. While waiting for my daughter to finished, I did ask if I could have a water. The woman responded by nodding her head toward an open case of water bottles on the floor.
All in all, my experience was disappointing.
