Terrible location. They leave you on hold forever. They like to answer but put the phone down so it doesn't ring and so the hold times don't count against them I guessing. They are always out of medications and the over all vibe from the staff is they are over worked and under staff.

Incompetent AND smug about it. Avoid at all costs. I recommend CVS in Target at 900 East lake Rd.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 3 years now because it's close to home. For the last couple of months, it has taken the pharmacy up to two days to fill prescriptions that I get filled monthly. It used to take an hour or two. Now, I have to keep calling for up to two days to find out where my prescription is. Why isn't it filled as soon as my doctor sends it in? It's literally the exact same prescription for almost 8 years. I don't see why there is suddenly a problem that causes a delay for 24 - 48 hours.

I have been coming to this CVS for over 20 Years My entire Family have well over 20 Prescriptions being filled Monthly! Since New Manager Courtney has taken over Prescriptions have not been filled in a Timely manner. Workers comp Medications go unfulfilled for Days and Weeks without follow up! Insurance are mixed between Workers Comp and Medicare! Complaints have been Filed with Corporate 2 no feedback! Courtney Answer to my concerns is If I am NOT HAPPY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I say CVS fix your Problems!

These people are completely incompetent. I call to avoid going in person for no reason, am told my script will be ready for pickup the next day and then upon arrival the next day they change the story that they can't fill it until the day after - as if I have nothing better to do with my time. It's hard to decipher if this is done on purpose for their own amusement or if they are just much less competent then the people working fast food drive through windows.

Great staff works here. I know because when I walk around in a zombie state trying to find things, they find me and help me get to the correct aisles. When they ring me up, they try my coupons until they work so that I save money. Sometimes they find me deals that I didn't know I was looking for! No CVS is really close to me, but this is the easiest one to get into and out of. I enjoy this CVS best of the three I frequent.

This pharmacy is usually understaffed and has unusually long lines both inside and out. My ophthalmologist called in two prescriptions two different times after cataract surgery and they couldn't find either. I waited on a Friday afternoon on the phone on hold for 25 minutes for them to tell e they couldn't find it again. By this time my doctors office was closed and I had to get someone on call. I had him send the third one to another CVS. I will be transferring all my scripts to Walgreens.

I'm sick of CVS and other companies that require you to register your personal information with them to be allowed to purchase items at sale prices. Sorry, but I don't feel it necessary to share my name, phone number, and email address to do business with them. Today I make my stand, I'm done with CVS!
