Absolutely frustrating and the reason I don't go there. Their automated system NEVER gives you anyone nor allows you to leave a message. They send you a text after 5 years not picking up a prescription and won't even answer the phone to find out what it is. Very frustrating and the automated system is THE WORST!!!!!!!

The reception of the front desk person(forgot her name) was exceptionally comforting. She made me feel at ease from the start. I am an older gentleman and am from a much younger generation, she recommended the vaccinations that I was either past due or time to accept.

This was my favorite CVS until the last few weeks. You are now unable to speak to the pharmacist to ask a question. CVS's new phone system makes you leave a message for a return call. This is unacceptable. I have transferred my medications to Walgreens across the street where I can actually speak to a live person.

Awful phone service. Unable to speak to a pharmacist for a simple question. Their phone system is the worst. No doubt, due to cost cutting to improve stock price. This Store has consistently gone downhill since being bought by CVS.

Best Pharmacy and Staff ever. Alicia and the staff always make me feel like family. This CVS doesn't feel like part of a big chain. Has that personal touch!
