Terrible location. They leave you on hold forever. They like to answer but put the phone down so it doesn't ring and so the hold times don't count against them I guessing. They are always out of medications and the over all vibe from the staff is they are over worked and under staff.

These people are completely incompetent. I call to avoid going in person for no reason, am told my script will be ready for pickup the next day and then upon arrival the next day they change the story that they can't fill it until the day after - as if I have nothing better to do with my time. It's hard to decipher if this is done on purpose for their own amusement or if they are just much less competent then the people working fast food drive through windows.

Prepaid my prescription which went well . Then was sort of pushed on getting a flu shot and a covid shot . I am an adult can make my own decisions . The front of the store is a disaster and no one cares . You are forced to use the self checkout even if you don’t want to. Tried to buy one small item and no one up front to help you . I left it on the counter and walked out .

They have a special on vitamins as a BOGO, and not enough products on the shelf to take advantage of the promo. I asked if I could get the promo as there was 1 for 12.49 and 1 double package for 18.49. No additional bundle of the 2 pack ( which would have given me 4 for 18.49) and no additional 1 (which would have given me 2 for 12.49) the pharmacists area would not allow me to get the savings of 2 for 12.49. They wouldn't negotiate it at all. For that simple fact alone, 2 things, 1.) I didn't buy it and 2.) I will be switching pharmacies. I should have asked to speak to the Manager.

I had asked about whether Diet Pepsi was stocked, they nicely set aside 4 in the front of store for me, put my name on them and asked what time I may be coming in, after work - Very helpful! Always happy to help!

Great staff works here. I know because when I walk around in a zombie state trying to find things, they find me and help me get to the correct aisles. When they ring me up, they try my coupons until they work so that I save money. Sometimes they find me deals that I didn't know I was looking for! No CVS is really close to me, but this is the easiest one to get into and out of. I enjoy this CVS best of the three I frequent.

This pharmacy is usually understaffed and has unusually long lines both inside and out. My ophthalmologist called in two prescriptions two different times after cataract surgery and they couldn't find either. I waited on a Friday afternoon on the phone on hold for 25 minutes for them to tell e they couldn't find it again. By this time my doctors office was closed and I had to get someone on call. I had him send the third one to another CVS. I will be transferring all my scripts to Walgreens.

I'm sick of CVS and other companies that require you to register your personal information with them to be allowed to purchase items at sale prices. Sorry, but I don't feel it necessary to share my name, phone number, and email address to do business with them. Today I make my stand, I'm done with CVS!
