As others have said, terrible pharmacy, I don’t know if it is the worst because I have been going there since they opened and used to love them now…. Yesterday I left the hospital(wife driving me) after having abdominal surgery and the hospital called in my prescription to them to be filled on my way home, hour later when the app said it would be filled it was not, drive through tech very nice said come on in should be filled my wife can come in a wait a few and it would be ready. No problem, I waited in car. Wife got in and Courtney McGonall the pharmacist said it was not ready, wife explained my condition etc.. Courtney became nasty and told her that she was not any better than the ten people ahead of her and that it would be ready before 10pm closing time. My wife explained that she was worried about me being home after having general anesthesia a couple hrs early, but she still would not give her a time it would be ready. My wife then explained that the app said it should be ready, but Courtney said that was just an estimate and not to be taken seriously. Went home and as we were pulling into the driveway, the text came in that it was ready. Unbelievable. We are middle age retirees, made it work but I can’t imagine how she deals with the elderly that might have difficulty with transportation, assistance etc.. she could of apologized, said there were people also needed their prescriptions filled and she would get to it as soon as as she could and give us an approximate time so we can decide if we would wait or come back at that specific time. Her lack of professionalism and caring is surprising. I will not be using that CVS or any of them going forward.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Filling an old rx and the filling new rx is different mg. Wouldn’t they see the new rx is different but filled both? I message about filling another Rx for the next day when it was due, they canceled the refill. I just sent another message, saying their message was no need to call back, it would come up on the 12th. Nope, they cancelled it. Just sent another message to pharmacy under the Rx in the app, to refill it and I can read the message they left two days ago to them. Unbelievable!

Very friendly, even the stocking Associate offered to help locate items I needed. Cashier was very efficient.

should I even bother leaving a review? seems like many of us have had the same experience in the last year or more With the Pharmacy techs. Maybe it’s an isolated incident but whatever you do don’t go there on Friday at 5 o’clock. it’s likely the person helping you doesn’t want to bother answering any questions about the medication. how the heck am I supposed to know the usage of inhaler that I’m picking up for my mom??asked a simple question. got a snarky answer that didn’t answer my question. i asked it again and got the answer with less snarky. maybe they should get into another line of business that doesn’t actually involve helping people face-to-face. I hope that person has a better weekend and doesn’t take out her frustration with her customers on her spouse or her family. and before the AI sends me a robotic response to click on a link and report this, no. YOU contact me and resolve it. in the meantime i’ll set up my mom’s scripts somewhere else. have a nice day and take your meds before coming to work at the pharmacy. ;)

I will NOT DO BUSINESS with the CVS pharmacy at 975 Tampa Road. We called in a prescription on 4/21/25 on their automated system. We received a text from CVS saying that it could not be refilled until 4/24/25. On 9:38 am on 4/25/25 I received a text message that the prescription was ready for pick up.
At 7:00 pm on 4/25/25 I went to pick up the prescription. I was told by a very rude pharmacist and a very rude pharmacist helper that the prescription had expired on 4/24/25, even though we called it in prior to expiration, and the reason for the delay was that we were told by CVS that it would not be ready until 4/25/25.
The rude pharmacist's name is Carla and she would not give her last name, and the pharmacist helper would not give her name.
We have been doing business for 18 years at this CVS, and will now move our business to Publix.

Passport photos were very rushed and quick. Was unhappy with the pictures and the photo-taking service we received. Weren't allowed to return the very next day despite not using them. Bad service.

Stay away, this team of management from top to bottom could not care less about their patient and customer service. They lack the basics of critical thinking to operate the business with compassion or care . Specifically the team members I encountered were Kelly and Melissa. They lack the basic understanding or training in how to do their jobs competently and take care of customers. They lack the basic understanding of how to properly complete an exchange of a defected product. Training of the entire staff needs to be redone as they do not understand the basics of their own policies , the MOD could not properly complete a return with out calling the manger at her house. If CVS cares about their clientele or business they would do an immediate retraining if this entire team and remove the current management as they are not customer focused and will continue to ruin your business and drive away customers

Terrible experiences every month, I switched, and my doctor accidentally sent my prescription here again. The pharmacist is rude and condescending. Zero compassion, and awful bedside manner. Even my doctor’s office said this CVS is the worst and recommended switching. I’m done. Avoid this location.

Charlene in the pharmacy department helped me save a significant amount of money with my prescription by using savings I didn't know were available to me. She was very nice and very helpful
