I worked with Amgad on a new policy. O had originally selected the incorrect effective date and had to rewrite into an entirely new policy. It was extremely frustrating but Amgad (BU#1618) was very patient and quickly guided me thru another policy with the correct date. He even expedited my refund for the previously issued policy. I was extremely happy with the customer service and efficiency.

Edwin Santiago, is on of the BEST employee the Direct Insurance has as today! Why, I was looking for insurance quote and He was so insisting and left me provably more. that 20 messages then I have to call him and I have so choice that purchase the insurance. I am very satisfied with his professionalism and the price. Of course I will recommended Edwin Santiago to Direct Auto Insurance.
