“The customer service that experience while I was here because I'm an idiot. Was the most amazing top tier thing I could ever say. I'm telling you I did this three or four times where I needed to ask somebody hey I can't find this do you have it and they're like yes I have it this aisle but then they actually took the time to walk me to the aisle. I cannot be happier with the customer service I got from them. I was in such a rush trying to just get things and get home.”
“What best describes a Dollar Tree shopping trip? The store is always clean, though there might be stacks of product in the isles, waiting to be put on the shelves.What was here last time might have been sold out before this visit, so the "do they have..." questions are incredibly difficult to answer. Keeping in mind that a lot of their inventory is bought as close-outs of someone else's inventory and you begin to understand the "I don't know" answers. Even calling the store is trumped by going there.That all said, because I never know exactly what they will have, I love shopping here!!!”
“Dropped my shades in the toilet at a restaurant…and sure enough $🌲Dollar Tree to the rescue for replacements! Just as cute but not as expensive! Also snagged a beach bucket/shovel and some toddler shades for $5.08 and the cashier super personable and nice, makes a huge difference when out and about on my only days off!”

I visited the store to make a purchase using a specific combination of coupons that should have resulted in a certain total, but in the past I have often had difficulty getting everything to work correctly.
Debbie was incredibly patient and took the time to help me figure out exactly what was causing the issue. She never seemed rushed or frustrated and worked with me until we found the solution. Her professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful experience a very positive one.
During our conversation, I learned that Debbie had not had a good morning and had even been involved in an accident that left her sore and uncomfortable. Despite that, she maintained a positive attitude, treated me with kindness and respect, and continued to provide outstanding customer service.
It is easy to be pleasant when everything is going well, but Debbie demonstrated true dedication to her customers by showing up with a smile and a willingness to help despite having a difficult day herself. Employees like Debbie are a tremendous asset to your company, and I wanted to make sure her efforts were recognized and appreciated. Thank you, Debbie, for going above and beyond.”

“I do my Christmas dollar tree game shopping here and it has a good variety of merchandise. The bathroom was clean, and the store was well organized! I got something for everyone on my list and even got myself something too! I hate that the prices aren’t always listed correctly so make sure you keep an eye out or ask if you have a specific budget like I did.”

“Eddie the manager was very cordial and direct with where I needed to find a specific item and even gave the courtesy of telling when it would be back in stock as I was in a rush and super tired and was asking him a bajillion questions. He deserves a raise. I even had an issue checking out with the coupon and the young lady looked fairly new and he spoke very kindly to his employees. It's always nice seeing that in retail. Keep up the good work bud!”

They $1.25, now there are different price points throughout the store. Can be very frustrating. Still, Dollar Tree is always my first stop for any and all household and family products.”

She was handling a long line of customers completely on her own, and despite the pressure, she stayed calm, efficient, and incredibly kind to everyone. Even with a manager calling out from behind, she never lost her composure or let it affect how she treated customers.

They're very knowledgeable about the products they sell and also very helpful and willing to stop what they're doing to give you a hand if need be. There are lots of DG stores in the area but this one is quickly becoming my favorite!”
