The great City of Palm Harbor deserves a better Dollar Tree. The management team at this is really bad. The main Manager doesn’t speak English well or from Florida. His shift - manager with a lot of bracelets on her arm can’t handle how busy the store is. The main stocker that wears glasses doesn’t speak English either and leaves the store a mess and disorganized. :( hopefully they re-train the staff or bring in better management.

Nothing is EVER in stock, shelves constantly bare. Very messy. Staff are ehhh, barely greet you. Don’t go out of your way to go to this one .

They now have $5 items in the store. They don't have price tags on them so I saw I spent $15 on 3 items when I looked at my receipt at home. Scam!

I’ve been in retail, customer service and management for most of my career. Never in my lifetime have I been to a dollar store that has a manager that treats her employees like working cattle!If an employee is busy stocking shelves and you don’t close for 5 more hours, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE that warrants you being locked in the office for your entire shift.Someone asked for a second line to be opened up, the manager came out and rather than do her job, screamed across the store for another employee who was clearly busy stocking shelves, to come handle it so she can go back into her cave.As a manager you’re supposed to set an example, work hard and others will follow suit but it’s apparent that this manager knows nothing about how to manager a store, let alone a team.Another thing I would like to add is, Dollar Tree has a dress code. While It may be loosely based, there is no reason for your chest to be hanging out (again, set an example) while on the clock. Dress appropriately.I don’t normally write reviews like this but I’ve been to this store often and everyone who visits feels the same way about you.It’s Time for corporate to literally give this store a change in scenery and management.

My daughter had to buy some gifts for her classroom from the dollar store. She chose a harmonica for one of the gifts, but she wanted one for herself. After opening it, we realized it didn't work. All we wanted to do was exchange both harmonica's for something else. The person behind the counter did not know how to do the exchange, and also said we could not exchange the one that had been opened. How would we know it didn't work if it hadn't been opened? Ridiculous.
