Walked in with my current Rx. Helped get me the frames I wanted in a color they didn’t have in stock on order. Explained what the best lens options would be for me based on how I use my glasses. Great selection and super nice group of ladies helped me through it all.

Run away! My whole family went in around March and we all had problems. They didn’t get any of the prescriptions correct for our glasses. They told us our eyes were adjusting to them. They move you from room to room and there’s just piles of eye equipment, contacts, etc spread out around the building. While I was blind sitting in the lobby for like 2 hours at least 5-10 more people came in saying they can’t see, they’re dizzy and their focus is off. It almost felt like they were taking advantage of the elderly. The reason I’m typing this is because I got back to Idaho and my eye doctor told me my prescription for my right eye was as far off as you can possibly get?

I'm always apprehensive about going to a new place, If I'm being honest, I don't do change well, Immediately that was put to rest the moment I walked in the door & Came in contact with a woman named Katie, She was a gem, Then pretty much I was called right away & The assistant ( I'm sorry I don't remember your name) She was Sweet, Friendly & Professional, The doctor was an Absolute Professional, Very knowledgeable & Very detailed & Then came the fun part, I played try on glasses with The Assistant & Katie, I'm not good at picking out my own glasses, Then Elliot joined in the fun & Between the 3 of them they helped me tremendously, You just don't find this kind of service anymore, I'm looking forward to this being my eye care place for years to come, Thank You So Much For Everything!!!!!

The staff was amazing they helped my 14 year old son pick out a very modern frames which he loves and is now only wearing his contacts for sports. Thank you Dr. Wenger, Elliott, Carolyn ,Suzanne ,Katie ,Doreen and Lois for your help with this process

Dr. Wenger takes great care of my eyes. He is very thorough and addresses all questions and concerns.Also the cost of my prescription glasses were over $900. However with my insurance discounts I paid just over $300.Thank you for your great service!

Impressed with the level of attentiveness & professionalism by the optometrist, his entire staff! Everyone was friendly & helpful! Can’t wait to try the new contacts as well as my new glasses. They offer a beautiful selection of designer frames!

I really like Dr. Wenger. He is very familiar with my vision needs and explained to me what has changed since my last visit and how a new prescription would address those changes. He’s very thorough, knowledgeable and engaged. I’m very pleased with his service.

I was a patient here a few years ago and had to leave due to an insurance change. Just had my first visit back with them and it felt like coming home!!!!!! My visit was with Dr. Wenger who couldn't have been more engaging and professional. Such a welcoming environment!!! I couldn't be happier!!!!!

Doctor Stacey wenger was very professional and nice doing the vision tests for me and my wife.I ordered glasses and they mixed up the prescription and no apology from their side. I paid $275.00 out of pocket after $180.00from the insurance. My wife ordered her glasses at the Costco for the same exact frame and progressive glasses for $80 . I feel like I am being ripped off . Even though the manager of the store is nice, I felt very unwelcome in that place.

I have been going there for over 10 years. They are always friendly and helpful. The doctor is very detailed in the exam and only suggest changing my glasses when needed.

Always a thorough exam. Very pleased with this practice and the staff. I am sad that Gale is no longer there. Always was a pleasure when coming in and Gale always made sure you were taken care of and was extremely helpful.

I was there for my annual checkup. Dr. Wenger and the entire staff do excellent work. Plus, they are gracious, friendly and caring! I’ve been a patient there for ten years and have always been happy with my experiences there!

I was a patient years ago of Eastlake Eyecare and decided to give them another chance with Dr. Wenger who I had never met before. He's an excellent Optometrist. He's patient and really is interested in a patient's eye care. I recommend him highly along with his staff.

Very happy with East Lake Eyecare. It was my first visit and I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Wenger was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had previous issues with wearing monovision contacts. He fitted me with multivision contacts and they work great! I'm so pleased!! I can see!! Highly recommend.
