I dealt with Andrew in service. He took care of everything as I was there on a recall service. I was told on the phone by the scheduler that it wouldn't take long and I could wait. Just purchased a CPO 5 series from the folks on the preowned side of the dealership. Everyone we came in contact with were terrific, especially our Client Advisor, David Soto and Shawn Mazzoni in Preowned Operations. Genius Leah was patient and great to work with. Highly recommend!
