We purchased our first BMW from Ferman BMW and had the pleasure of working with several of the members of the team. Bill Comninel was our salesman and he was incredible. I explained my difficulties in finding a car that fit what I was looking for. Bill was immediately able identify the right vehicle for me. Bill was very personal, professional, and pleasant. I did not feel rushed nor overwhelmed during any part of the experience. When describing Bill and our experience the best way we could articulate it to friends was “Bill was the best salesman we have ever encountered “. I would also like to add that Aaron our finance manager was great as well not pushing us to purchase products. Karl Alvarez Asst GM and Bob Murray GM also took the time to meet and congratulate us making us feel very welcome to the dealership. We look forward to purchasing our next BMW at Ferman.

I had a terrible experience selling my car to them. It went down as follows:They offered $1,000 more than the major competitors, but said they would not pay until about 4-5 days after the car was left with them. The other companies pay immediately upon taking possession of the car. I decided to risk it , but regretted it after they failed to pay for two weeks. I must have called 2-4 times a day , almost everyday for two weeks.The General Manager or their assistant never returned a call.The President of Ferman Automotive or their assistant never returned a call.The person in charge of fixing problems didn’t return the call for about 4 days.I was told they transferred the money and wait a couple of days for it to post. It didn’t. This happened several times.I thought they didn’t have the right wire number and gave them another one, but then they transferred the money, but took it back the same day. Their accounting department, of course, never made a call to straighten it out.They told me they sent it one more time after the last debacle, but it never came. I finally told them I would drive there to pick up a check. This is a 40 minute drive one way. Adding insult to injury, when I got there, the check was for $150 too much and they wanted the difference in cash. So, they require me to accept a check from them, but a check from me is not good enough. Luckily, I anticipated such behavior and brought the cash. What an insult.The only person that worked to get my money was the General Sales Manager, but he was treated about the same as me, poorly , very poorly!In summary: it is easy to see the Executives do not care, at all, about Customer Service and their car buying service is poorly designed and executed in a utterly and totally incompetent manor.

What a refreshing car buying experience! David Soto made the negotiation process simple, transparent and enjoyable. My BMW Genius, Doug Radeker, masterfully explained every feature of the car in a simple and digestible way--his knowledge was unparalleled. While I don't anticipate purchasing a vehicle anytime soon (my nonexistent financial planner certainly wouldn't approve), I highly recommend Ferman BMW to anyone who is in the market for The Ultimate Driving Machine.

I would like to share with the sales guys the i3 electric car which is part of the BMW family. I went to ask if they had any i3 cars available for purchase and they had no idea what I was talking about. After a few words a hispanic sales person came and asked me if i spoke Spanish and I said why you don't understood what I am saying? After that I decided to walk out. I am posting a picture of the car I was looking for. This is the third and last time I go to this dealership. Customer service in this location is always bad.

Wow! I’ve never had such a great car buying experience. Mario is a terrific sales professional! His knowledge of the BMW brand was educational as well as making me feel so comfortable. He was so patient with me and we found the perfect car for me and my budget. I love my X3 and will always buy my future vehicles from Ferman BMW and I suggest you do as well …. Everyone was so friendly and professional and kind. I can’t say enough about Ferman Bmw in Palm Harbor!. Aaron the financial business manager was my last stop before I drove away in my gorgeous car., he was awesome and explained everything and made the financial part actually a breeze and I was in & out in a timely manner ?

It is a rare occurrence when you can give a 5 star review for a dealers service department. I was very impressed that the service manager Paul P not only addressed the concern we had personally, he resolved the problem beyond our expectations straight away. The professionalism and quality of service was greatly appreciated, they certainly won our loyalty and future business.

Bought a BMW X5 online e to have delivered. All of the pictures looked good. Even told vehicle looks like new. Received the vehicle the Dashboard the Leather was pulling away from the front exposing the foam and cloth from underneath the Leather all the way across dash. The leather was also cracked in several places. The leather was also completely coming unglued from the dash itself causing it to be loose. Have no response from my complaint. Would not have bought vehicle if knew of this in advance. Absolute none of the pictures or details of the vehicle for sale showed this.

I love love love my new i4!!! I get so many compliments on her. Thank you Tom the salesperson and the awesome manager. I have had her since April of this year. She is FAST. No complaints whatsoever. Today I had a minor issue to get a small stain out of the paint and the service department including Roy and Jamie were also awesome. The whole team was also there for me during a very difficult time in my life earlier this year, and having this new ride eased the pain a little. Enjoy life! Literally incredible experience, both times. I was moving out of the country and needed to sell my M5 quickly. They purchased the vehicle at a very fair price and the entire process was quick and simple.I told Brian, the manager who handled the deal, that when I come back to the country, that I would be sure purchase from them…That day happened and I’m excited to have purchased a beautiful M4 completion xdrive from them. (David Soto was our sales advisor and he rocks.)The dealership is clean, professional, and courteous. The post-sale followup was timely and they have exceeded all expectations.We highly recommend this dealership and we will be repeat buyers in the future.

Worked with Alan, Aaron & Patrick on getting a new M3 paired with the performance center delivery. BMW financial threw us a curve ball at the last minute and how the team was able to pivot with time against us they made it happen with the deadlines in place. I couldn’t be happier and the performance center was amazing experience.

Just bought my DREAM CAR could not have had better service, the process was smooth and easy. This is coming from someone who doesn’t know anything about cars and it was my first time buying. It couldn’t have been a better experience thanks to Tom Berges. He was absolutely wonderful and so kind and helpful answering all my questions. I was there on 07/23/2023 around 7:30 I believe your car dealership was about to close , but also was raining real bad . So my husband and I couldn't get of the car . We was trying to see a use x5 . A gentleman by the name Giovanni came to our car greed us we explained what we looking for . He gave us a business card told us to text him so he can give us information about what was available as well prices new ones . We have text him twice never answer us at all . .As a business owner , costumer care it's a plus . Don't tell a costumer you going to do something then you never do . That will give your dealership a bad reputation. Again sad because I was looking forward doing business with your dealership. Since I was just brush off I when to a different place .

Buyer beware Though my buying experience was good when it came time to get a refund for a warranty for tire and wheel coverage I purchased I was to get refunded when sold car pro rated. I applied for refund twice on May 31 2023. Followed up with Aaron 4 times then told check sent July 1 waited 2 weeks no check called spoke with Aaron who showed he cared in word stated would have by 7/21 and call him personally if I didn’t receive as of 7/25 no check still and i offered to come pick up now I seem a bother when there was no issue them taking my $3800 and my 64k for car to give me my refund will be taking to small claims court horrible service beware!!!
