The Firestone, Palm Harbor location staff and mechanics are all friendly, professional, and very helpful. They have a very professional and skilled set of staff and mechanics at the Palm Harbor location. They are very friendly and helpful, they are good at identifying the issues and problems, and go out of their way to help you with your issues, and do a great job of getting you in for service as fast as they can. Jonah and the team are incredibly caring, professional and empathetic. We are far from home in SC, and Jonah, with some of the guys stayed after hours to help us get back going! We had a nail in the sidewall. They hunted around for a tire that is not readily available and just did the job!!! Thanks for being good people, it really means a lot!

Limped into this location, 80 miles from home, with a check engine light on at 1:30 on a Friday. They scoped it, ordered 4 coils and plugs, and had us on our way by 4:30. Great service. I would recommend this shop. First rate client care. I'd like to specifically recognize the mechanic and the young gentleman at the counter who take care of us very professional.

Driving a large Lexus GX SUV is a unique experience, but when it needs repairs, the situation can quickly become complicated. After dropping it off at the shop, I found myself in a bit of a bind with a rented Enterprise car that had a problematic front tire. They directed me to Firestone for replacements, but I was anxious about the lengthy wait without an appointment. Upon arrival, I greeted the service writer with a cheerful “let’s do it!” despite my concerns about being stuck there for hours. He could sense my frustration and kindly pointed me to a nearby café, where I enjoyed a delicious Cuban sandwich and a refreshing drink. When I returned to the shop, I was pleasantly surprised to find my rental car ready to go. The service writer jokingly remarked, “Jesus Navarrete, you’re so lucky, or Firestone is on fire!” His lighthearted tone made the whole experience more enjoyable, leaving me grateful for the excellent service and ready to hit the road for my vacation.

I had amazing service from Arnold. He was able to look at my car and tell me exactly what needed to be fixed. Knowing that fixing a car is pricey he informed me of what needed to be done ASAP and what could potentially wait. He was able to bring me out to look under the car and show me where the problems were and explain exactly what they could potentially cause if not fixed. I really appreciate all the knowledge he gave me as I have not had this great of service anywhere else!
