My experience was initially very good with First Class but something recently changed because I can’t get a call back. I spent almost $1,900 on the highest quality ceramic coating with a warranty. Unfortunately, there is no response after multiple text messages and phone calls dating back to July for an annual detail. Unfortunately, you can’t simply stop by to talk to anyone either.

Anthony and the team at First Class applied the ceramic coating to my car, smoked my taillights, and wrapped some logos on my explorer and am very happy with the results. Paint feels like glass, water just rolls off ot it, and just looks great
