I did not have any connections to this business or anyone related to the business prior to my visit. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond (good humor was included at no additional charge😂) to meet my business needs (licensing/ fingerprinting appointment). Had a great laugh with the very nice owner, he says a lot of people fill out the information online wrong and just show up, make sure to call and confirm that your appointment is set up properly, and MAKE sure you are there on time, if u see any 1 star reviews it’s because they were either more than 10 minutes late to the appointment they made or they filled out the information for the appointment wrong, if you do it right you get treated great, very nice owner just trying to run his business the most efficient way he can, recommend to all people went in for fingrer printing, was done in 5 minutes

The worst customer service in the world!! NEVER met a more miserable human being!! He needs a reality check and he need to have his business taken aways from him. He can't speak to a person without belittling them or acting like a child. Good luck in life Joe... you're gonna need it. I'm reporting your business and I hope you get what you deserve!!

Joe is the BEST! He packed 13 paintings for me to transport to Maine. His price was incredible considering labor and materials. I just unpacked them and they are in perfect condition! Kudos and gratitude to Joe!

My agency scheduled and paid for my fingerprint and background check. Some sort of mixup took place and I had been sent to mutiple locations before landing the correct location. When arriving, the older guy working did not want to acknoledge me but eventually did. After explaing the situation, the older gentleman was anything but nice. Growing more and more frustrated at the fact Im wanting to finally the situation over with and complete the fingerprint and background check. The older guy explained they don't have a prepaid at that location and I was never in their system. After showing the gentleman the the confirmation for my appointment, he changed his story. Needless to say, after my supervisor heard this whole ordeal take place, she rescheduled me eslwhere and vowed not to use this company again. He was very rude and my supervisor felt the need to apologize on his behalf. I would not, and will not refer this location or company to anyone. Especially in the medical field. Too many games and too rude to be dealing with the public. He said his name is Joe....that's it. Did not want to be identified and I wouldn't either if my company knew how I truly spoke and treated customers.
