I had an extremely disappointing experience with the older woman with grey hair and black glasses. From the moment I interacted with her, her attitude was beyond sour. She addressed me in an unnecessarily aggressive manner, which made the entire experience frustrating and uncomfortable for me. Reading through other reviews, I now see I’m not the only one who has had this same issue with her, which makes it even more concerning. Her behavior is completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. She clearly lacks the professionalism required for this position. I will be filing a formal report with corporate regarding her conduct.
No client should ever be treated this way.

A different salon gave me the worst haircut of my life the day before yesterday. Immediately leaving that salon I drove to great clips for an emergency quick fix cut. Kelly here did such a fantastic job! She completely saved my hair. I will be recommending her to people in the area for sure. Thank you!

I came here from another store where they completely messed up my hair. Kay took me in and worked some magic on my cut. Not only did she fixed my hair, she made it look amazing. Highly recommend Kay and this hair salon. I was completely impressed with her customer service and friendliness.

Been getting my haircut at Great Clips for a while now, and they just do a solid job. Irene at the Ridgemoor Commons location is who my boys and I go to. As a bonus, their app makes it easy to avoid long waits in the store/salon, which is really nice.

Will NEVER come back to this location!! My daughter was getting her haircut today and we asked for more layers for my daughters haircut from what the stylist already did and the hairstylist, didn’t catch her name, she had grayish hair and glasses today was SO condescending and questioning what we wanted for the haircut. Showed her pictures yet she continued to make us feel like that would look bad. Seems like she is unsure of her skill level and we had such a BAD experience today that we will NEVER come back and NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Ask for a different stylist if you want to actually enjoy your experience here otherwise go to a different location!

We stopped in today at 3:15p at the Ridgemoor location and there were two hair stylists there and noone waiting. The older grey haired with glasses hair stylist was SO rude to us while I was describing what we wanted for my daughter’s haircut. Three other people came in after and she was beyond rude to them too. Her etiquette to the people who are paying for services is insane. The blonde curly hairstylist who was wearing a Covid mask was SO nice and personable. Unfortunately because of the other hair stylists attitude to not just me and my daughters but to everyone who came in after is why we will NEVER come back to this location or recommend them to anyone else. My third daughter and I were also going to get our haircut but after witnessing that we decided to not sit through anymore of that behavior.
