“I had such an incredible experience at this Verizon location thanks to Reese and the entire team. Although the issue I was dealing with came from a different store, Reese went above and beyond to try and help me untangle a complicated and frustrating situation.
He spent a couple of hours with me—patiently, thoroughly, and kindly—trying everything he could to get things sorted out. Even though it wasn’t their sale or mistake, he still treated me with the utmost professionalism and care, and ultimately pointed me in the right direction.
The whole crew was welcoming and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you, Reese and team! You made a frustrating day so much better!”
“Had an issue closing an account for one phone from a guy that worked for me 21 years but retired suffering from dementia. That was over a year ago. T Mobil wouldn’t cancel the account even though they were taking MY money automatically every month. (I buy phones for my key staff) I went several times with my business card, my corporate resolutions and copies of my bank statement showing IM PAYING FOR THIS PHONE. But I wasn’t listed as “the contact person” so no one would cancel the phone. I fumed as $100 bucks per month is coming out of my account. So finally I ran across an old bill showing the “contact person” a bookkeeper that was with me for a very short amount of time. I went in TODAY and had the good fortune to work with “Jacob E”. In short order he got this account closed and his body language told me a lot. (Boy did we put this guy through a lot of #%@$) I’m leaving a 5 star review based on Jacob’s work and genuine care for my $1,200 problem. Call or see Jacob if you need help.”

“I was having issues with my monthly phone payments. I was helped by a cust svc salesperson who loked at my acct, found where the problem was, noticed I was due a different billing, and explained why I was accurately receiving two billings/month.
Steve Ortiz got me through to the correct department and when I could not understand their queries walked me through until I reached the correct person. And since Allie was unable to put through the new monthly charge due to delays on Spectrum Mobile's end, he advised they make a note of my call.. smart move but not considered by me. And in honesty, Allie had already noted my info on her end.
I have used this ofc perhaps four times since it opened and I have always been happy with their services. I commend SpectrumNPR on having the awareness to utilize the expertise of Steve Ortiz. As a senior citizen, today's computer questions/ answers are unfortunately similar to throwing me into a foreign land where I need help but cannot give the correct answers. TY, Steve.”

“Yesterday, we were out on the boat. Unfortunately, my phone was dropped in the ocean (bye-bye). We went to Spectrum to switch service from T-Mobile, since I was forced to by a new phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max). T-Mobile was not easy to work with (how many times must I tell them "my phone is at the bottom of the ocean) in porting over my number. Stephanie Kahn was absolutely amazing - kind, patient, informative, and went above and beyond to make the transition easier. Therefore we walked out with two phones instead of one. Thank you Stephanie!”
