“This place OMG I walked in been having a issue with setting up this total wireless phone due to smashing my tmoble s25 ultra POS. I have been trying for 3 days now with no resolve to activate this phone. I walked into Verizon on us 19 and Nebraska. Savanna is a god sent. She rescued this situation. I was about to just smashed and trash this whole thing and had Verizon 5 years ago. Well we're really sick of tmoble . We're coming back to Verizon from the customer service that Savanna has shown me today. SOMEONE AT VERIZON NEEDS TO GIVE HERE A DISTRUC JOB. She was truly amazing. Come to see her you will not regret it big time. She's a true savior.”

“Tmobile locations are hit or miss but this one's definitely a hit. I had my phone stolen and was having a bad day and came into this location, rae helped me get a replacement SIM card and made me feel better about the entire situation, and gave great knowledgeable service, will definitely have to come back here again.”
“Had a T1 circuit far longer than we should have ($279/mo overpay for 1.5mbps). They insist we return the ancient T1 router or they will charge us $850 for something that is $50 or less on ebay. No one even uses T1 anymore. Pure greed policy and not reasonable at all. I wrote in about this before they charged me and they never bothered to reply. Update: Rep called me and erased fees. So they get upgraded to 4 stars for having some people that care. They blamed automated procedures and software which sounds reasonable. Wanted to know email that didn't respond to look into fixing this problem in future. Happy with end result.”

“Made appointment online to visit Clearwater East store on Gulf to Bay to switch to Verizon and get a new phone. Showed up and checked in at in-store kiosk. Salvador was my Retail Specialist. Knew I wanted Galaxy S26 Ultra. Salvador made me aware of available options including tablets, watches and other affiliated promos. Left the store with all data transferred to my new phone in under 1 hour. Highly recommend Salvador and this Verizon store!”
“The store itself was fine but they couldn’t resolve my problem. I took an extra package when I set up Spectrum but have not been able to watch these channels. I was told that each one had to be downloaded separately and they could not help me with that. Being a senior and not very good at using technology I am very disappointed that after paying extra for this separate package of channels I must go through all this extra headache by getting on the phone with a tech and having to navigate through six different downloads for six different stations. I should be able to click the station and it be there! NOT very happy about having to do all this.
Concerning the store, they were quick and understanding but could not help me.”

“Yesterday, we were out on the boat. Unfortunately, my phone was dropped in the ocean (bye-bye). We went to Spectrum to switch service from T-Mobile, since I was forced to by a new phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max). T-Mobile was not easy to work with (how many times must I tell them "my phone is at the bottom of the ocean) in porting over my number. Stephanie Kahn was absolutely amazing - kind, patient, informative, and went above and beyond to make the transition easier. Therefore we walked out with two phones instead of one.
