“I went to Geekmatics Palm Harbor, this morning..I was having some problems with my desktop going off every 15-20 minutes the man that helped..name I forgot to get. he did say Google crome is problematic... but he was kind, attentive and told me to try something to get my Googlecrome desktop back.. “I had to call and ask SEVERAL questions about service, price points and phones. Ed answered all of them and was not only kind, courteous and patient, but he gave me a plethora of information so that I could help and inform my 85 year old father. He was incredibly upbeat and positive and I was already happy with Cricket but Ed was just one more reason that I would recommend Cricket! My only complaint is not with Ed but with Cricket, we live in the USA and I was appalled and very disappointed that as a Navy daughter and U.S. Marine Corps mother, the company does NOT give Military discounts. That is shameful! We would not have the freedoms we have without the men and women that have fought and continue to fight for our country!”
“Full service store with awesome employees. My wife and I both cannot say enough good things about Syndi and Antonio. They made our transition from AT&T seemless with there knowledge and full service approach. They helped with everything from setting up the phones and watches to assisting with completing the online rebates. Costumer service is alive and well at this store. 10 stars!!!”
