Called for a golf cart not running. A technician came to my house and identified the problem and said it had to be taken to their facility for repairs.
The following Monday morning it was picked up. I called that afternoon for a status update and estimate and was told I would be called back. No call back.
Tuesday morning I called for an update and was told I would receive a call. No call so at 430 I called and was told I would be called back. I said that would be the first call back I received.
About 30 minutes later Jim called me and yelled at me saying he did not appreciate my "screaming" at his guys. I tried to tell him there was no screaming but he just continued to talk over me and said my cart would be returned the next day and told me I owed him $518, the first price I received.
It was delivered and is working fine.
That was the first time I was screamed at and insulted by a business I had hired. Their work seems good but their customer service leaves much to be desired.
If you hire them be prepared for no return calls, no estimate, poor communication and poor customer service.

Honest, dependable, friendly, customer service oriented company! I’ve had them fix my cart for 5 years. It’s old but they keep it running like new. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Really great people!

Okay service, terrible customer service and management. A technician came out and serviced our golf cart, but had to come back out as the issue was still not resolved. Jim told me the labor fee was going to be waived as it was within the 30 days and the original issue still persisted.Upon receiving the invoice, I was charged $90 for “labor”. I called Jim for clarification as the invoice did not reflect what he had quoted me the day before. Jim’s response was that I am “ridiculous” for calling about that and that I should go with a different company next time.Would not recommend Gold Cart Services as the owner clearly has no problem insulting customers for his error in communication and lack of transparency with cost breakdown.

We’ve had our cart break down a few times and they’ve came out same day to fix it and even tow it home. They are prompt, professional and highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a problem with my golf cart jerking on and off on acceleration. Called them up and they came by my house and found the problem pronto....loose cable between two of the batteries. While they where there, they checked out my cart and discovered my brake light would not shut off. The sensor under pedal had worn out. Best part...they carried the part with them. Its like they have a rolling repair shop with them....everything they need to fix your cart on the spot. I highly recommend them if you have any issues with your cart. They got my mini fire truck up and running

We had a problem with our cart and our neighbor referred us to JB Bans. Mike came within a day and immediately diagnosed our problem and supplied us with the parts immediately. He was professional, timely and friendly. We appreciate his excellent work and would highly recommend this company!

Excellent service! Called for a quote and to ask a few questions. After scheduling new battery install at our home Mike noticed there was possibly another problem with the cart, he brought back to the shop, honest diagnosis and repair, plus had it back to us the same day!

Bill helped me out today and he didnt have to as he was at our course finishing up on another cart. He could have said "Call and make an appointment," but he came over, looked over my problem and fixed it. He got this 100% disabled veteran back to using my cart again.

I need a new batteries gym was very patient with me. I’m so I drove him crazy over the phone lol. He send someone out there and they did an amazing job. Super happy with these people definitely a high recommendation.

Came to the house to diagnose a problem on my golf cart they couldn't find (I was charged). I told them I needed 2 Guage wire throughout cart because of high speed motor and they gave me an estimate we agreed on. They told me they would call me back on Thursday when they got the 2 Guage wire... It's going on 3 months now and still no call. This will be the last time we use this company.
