Pep Boys in Palm Harbor is excellent. I made an appointment to bring my car in for flat tire repair. I arrived at the appointment time and they took me right in with no delay. The wait time for repair was less than an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable. The tire is fixed and the spare tire is neatly stowed away as before. Very satisfied with the entire experience. Highly recommended.

Super easy to schedule an appointment. Dropped off. Serviced. Texted and called with their recommendations, even sent pictures. Completed work in a timely manner and on top of all that they were very professional and nice.

Rich at pepboys palm harbor on 19 was great, went above and beyond to follow up when I had to cancel my tire change appointment bc I did not have a lock lug nut key , he even went to the auto store multiple times to find a wheel nit that would work once he used his personal tool to get the lock lug nut off. Many places would not provide this type of follow up and service

Got in quickly and oil changed in less than an hour. The mgr was gonna charge 119.00 and I told him I saw it advertised online for 75.00. He of course went to look for it and I eneded paying 89.00. So it all went well.

Pep Boys we're great put new tires on my car in an hour give me a complete report with pictures if there was anything I needed they beat Goodyear's price by $150 they offered free installation definitely going to go back and have my brakes done

I had scheduled an oil change but I also needed my A/C in my car to be checked. The pep boys was honest and efficient in their diagnosis of the problem. I could not afford the cost of the repair to my A/C. However, I was informed that if I purchased the Aur compressor, they could install it for me. I really appreciate the professionalism and integrity. I will be a forever customer.

Had an appointment today with a $20 off coupon for a full synthetic oil change. I gave coupon to cashier, my card was processed and the discount was not on my reciept. I was then told the transaction could not be voided, a refund cannot be given, but I'll give you $20 off your next visit. Now I'm wondering if full synthetic was even put in my car. Shady business.

I thank Pep Boys that is located on US Highway 19 North, palm Harbor, Fl 34684 for checking my main tire if it’s fixable and putting it back on the car instead of the donut tire, for free. Professional staff as well.

The waiting room smells like chemicals the people that work here are not helpful don't stay to wait on your car to be fixed. Place only has three seats and stinks.

As I walked in for my appointment, I was warmly welcomed into the shop. Roger, was the gentleman at the desk. He was kind, and helpful through the entire process. He even updated me about my breaks needing to be replaced. I am about to go on a trip, so that wasn-t something that could wait. The price did make me hesitate for a second, but it's better in the long run. Thank you for your hard work you guys! You're doing great!!
