Not only was it familiar, all the staff recognized him. One of them even knew that he was a hugger with a book full of car pictures. Great people. “Extremely friendly, they helped me out a lot, and his is my 2nd time using them....My doctor was having my prescription sent off to a compounding lab out of state and when I became allergic to one of the mixes, they refused to change it because they compound it beforehand then sell as is....I called Polomar and not only were they able to compound my prescription exactly as needed, they also had it done within 1 day...I actually go in to pick mine up, but they also call you beforehand to make sure your address is correct because I assume they ship out 90% of their orders...Don't hesitate to give them a call, it's a great pharmacy!”
“Dan and Hannah are awesome! Both are very professional, friendly and treat their customers like family. I was quite impressed with Dan's memory too. After only meeting me once and not seeing me for a month or so, he still remembered me by name even though only the top part of my face was visible. “Chris is highly knowledgeable and has extremely great customer service. When Walgreens gave me the runaround, he was able to help me by filling one of my prescriptions on the spot while I was picking up another. Truly remarkable to have such great Customer Service in this day and age, especially when big companies have long weights and rude employees. Wish there was more places like this.”
“Dr. Sangita Patel is the owner and operator of this exemplary establishment. She has been more than helpful with many of my medical needs, and all of my hormone replacement therapy needs. Sangita works hand and hand with my physician, which makes me feel all the more comfortable. She helped me work my way through pre-menopause and then menopause. Without her I would have lost my mind without question. This business has always been in tiptop shape every time I have been there. It’s a clean and welcoming establishment, with people that really care about your health. I recommend all of my friends, because I’m that sure of the quality of service provider here. You may pay a few dollars more, but what you are paying for is the service and knowledge based recommendations from this highly skilled group of professionals. It’s well worth paying an additional 2 to 4 dollars an item (worst case scenario.) If you’re a cheapskate and wanna just pick their brains, don’t bother going here. Having owned and operated a small business myself, this is not where you skimp, your health is more important than that.

They fail to include this information in their hours of operation.
A small pharmacy that doesn't always have the prescription medicine in stock and may take several days to get the order in, especially if it is for a 90-day supply.
The pharmacist on duty is always willing to answer my questions and has a good bedside manner.
I find that the personal touch given me by a familiar face, where everybody knows my name, a most satisfying experience in this rat-race world we are living in today!
I definitely recommend the Palm Harbor Eastlake Boot Ranch location for prescriptions!”

“my Walmartneighborhood grocery store Is the best. I used to shop exclusively at Publix but since moving here and trying our neighborhood store, I shop here for most of my things. I still go to Publix for certain things, but I think Walmart is starting to catch up with them except that their prices are better”

“I went to Publix Pharmacy this week. I had to get some meds for my wifes illness. I didn't know what to expect. I was told that I had to wait 45 minutes by a woman working there. As a note, she was unfriendly. Kind of cold. I always notice this kind of behavior right away. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Fortunately, the in house doctor was there and was very friendly and helpful. Quite the contrast to the other one, who I would correct or fire immediately as that attitude turns people away, ruins business and word of mouth. But the onsite doctor got my prescription done in maybe 15 minutes. Awesome and she did it with a smile. I love that, when people are happy for your service and glad that the customer is there and it is not a bother or a problem for them. When staff get annoyed at customers because they are there, thats not good. I give a 4 star to the doctor and her service and if it were not for the other girl, it woudl be a 5 star experienced. Keep up the good work Doctor. You know who you are. - Dr. Cary”

However , their phone system is absolutely horrible. You call in , and all you get is a recording , No one answers the phone anymore. Leave a massage and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
That is Unacceptable !
This CVS Pharmacy within Target EastLake road is NOT recommended. They always have new employees. You can not speak to the Pharmacist anymore , if you have a question Why ???? It's not like it used to be.
This Pharmacy has gone the Wrong Way.
PS. Phone system when calling in is , Horrible ! What is going on. ????

“I have been using this pharmacy at Riviera Plaza Publix for a few years now and honestly it's the best I've found in the area. I haven't had any issues and they're quick to advise when they are out of a medication or something needs to be fixed.
I also used them back when my cat Merlin (RIP) had to get an expensive inhaler and they were so kind about it all, always asking how he was doing and were really interested in the technique I used to give it to him (AeroKat). Just a really great staff that is helpful and competent!”

“Store is bright, clean & looks welcoming! I came here because my local Publix did not have three months of my prescription. They filled it immediately! That is a tremendous service since I am leaving on vacation soon. I did not buy food while I was here, since I was on the way to a medical appointment. But everything in the produce department looked fresh and inviting. I did use a BOGO coupon for two hallmark cards. I don't mean to be disloyal to my Hallmark store, but I'm here and I needed the cards. The staff here is supportive and efficient. If I am ever in the area, I would not hesitate to come here. It is just as wonderful as my local Publix.”

“This store is have been using for 20 yrs. It has gone downhill recently and have had to use other pharmacies in its place. It was even shut down for 3 days with no notice and had to scramble to get my medicine at a different Walgreens! I am elderly and have always loved this store but am moving to a different one. No one is nice or friendly anymore.”
