Horrible experience. Never again. Specifically called before I went there and was told they take anything to bring it in ended up getting there with a whole bag full and a pair of nice shoes only to be told to lug it all home and they can't do anything. Don't do it

This is one of the greatest places for mid to lower class going shopping.
Here we can bring any cloth in good shape that you do not use and cash it out. At the same time you can purchase what you need at a very reasonable price.
Close are gently used, however, you will find stuff brand new with the stiker on it.

The prices are amazing. I found my purse that ive been searching for. I came at a pefect time where it was half price too. You can also sell gently used items.

Truth be told, I went to clothing mentor first as I am a regular there. But I decided to pass by Plato’s, just in the off chance they wanted some of my “discards”, they did and I used that credit immediately in the store! WOW, what a great selection of shoes! I bought 4 pairs!!!
I will add the photo later. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was top tier. I had the pleasure of getting Chloe’s opinion. She is a very affabile and effervescent associate, she was very patient with me as my regular aide kick (daughter) has moved and I’m left to wonder if certain clothes are appropriate. Anywho, having worked cs many years and being a public servant now too…Chloe has me beat. I noticed a customer giving her a wee bit of a hard time since PC did not buy their clothes but again Chloe remained professional yet sweet. I think I’ve found a new place to shop. Kudos to this store! They have great assortment and very nice associates.

This Plato’s is by far my favorite in the area! Trendy, cute and it has a nice environment to shop in. I love the organization of the brands, and instagram featured racks. Love this store! Can’t wait to go again!

This is my favorite place to shop. SO cheap, great selection, AMAZING staff, and super clean and organized store. They also frequently have awesome sales and events that I go to and the rewards system is really easy to get discounts especially when you shop there as much as I do lol. I love this location and definitely recommend it.

What a horrible place, with horrible employees. The attitudes of the people working here are rude and immature. If you’re looking for a place that both sells and buys nice clothing, DO NOT go here. Utter waste of time!! Wish there was an option for no stars at all.

If I could give this location 0/5 stars I would. All the employees are miserable and have the nastiest attitudes. The “employee of the month” rolled her eyes at my friend who brought in 6 bags of clothes…. In which she got $3.20 for 2 items……
I had a such better experience months ago when there was a completely different staff. My suggestion… go to a different location and MAYBE you’ll get better customer service.
