Extra big thanks to Houston, the customer service manager! He helped me and my mom jump start our car and stayed outside in the 90 degree heat for 45 minutes to make sure that we were all good. Publix is lucky to have such a nice and helpful person working with them!

Publix grocery store not liquor store.. I am disappointed that the scan machines do not accept cash now, you have to use a debit or credit card. I had to go through the line, in which, I like scanning myself. There should be at least one machine for cash. I think I will be going elsewhere for my groceries.

On a recent visit I presented the pharmacist my prescription together with the print-out of the ScriptSaver WellRx discount for my meds. This print was downloaded from the WellRx website and clearly showed the price for pickup at a Publix Pharmacy. To my utterly surprise I was told that Publix Pharmacy does not honor this discount card. I asked the pharmacist to call the pharmacy help desk published on the WellRx discount card to get help fulfilling my RX. She refused and came back with the same answer: "Publix does not work with this discount company." Consequently, I was forced to pay a higher price in order to get my medication. I followed up with ScriptSave WellRx and was told that Publix is in their network since more than one year and that my discount should have been applied. Publix needs to honor their commitment. Lousy, not-caring attitudes by employees tarnish the Publix brand.

Just moved to this area. Went to this store a few times and it was a great experience. Well stocked with all the items I'm used to at my Publix store back home. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I would have is they didn't carry an item I liked and there was no self check out like back home.

I ordered 2 subs from the deli on the website, supposed to be ready in 35 minutes. got there about 5 minutes late, subs not ready. shopped for a couple of items then went back to the deli, older woman who was very rude asked if my name was Danielle, I said no its dan, she said, well thanks for helping me out with that name. she then told me it would be a while for our subs because there were only two people working in the deli, I said it has been over an hour since we ordered she said, I don't know what to tell you, I have 3 people in line before you. I ordered online I told her, over an hour ago, she just said oh well, it will be about 15 or 20 minutes. I told her to cancel the subs I would go elsewhere, she said don't let the door hit you on your way out. Very rude, I will never go back to this publix because of her. I see other comments about her on this website. She needs to be trained on how to deal with people, or taken out of that position. Very rude.

I had been enjoying my shopping at this location. I used to enjoy the fresh made subs. Then I encountered Trish, one of the sandwich makers. This operator is very argumentative and should consider retirement. Ordering product through her is an arduous task. She argues every step of the way. Why she can't toast something. Why she supposedly can't hear when others never have a problem. Also she is very impolite.

People are in the isles without even a thought of bringing a mask into the store. The employees aren't even wearing masks. Employees walking in front of elderly people without masks. Make sure you schedule your COVID-19 test after going to this store.
