Their pharmacist lies when he doesn't do his job. Throwing another pharmacy under the bus. Funny cause it's my friend that works at the other publix, so I know she did what she was supposed to do. Watch out for Vignesh.

I was surprised there was any bad reviews, these people are the best. Why would you buy ice cream while you’re waiting for anything, in Florida… I will come to this pharmacy if I move away from Tampa because they are so nice and dependable!!!

I second what others have said about the exceedingly courteous, competent and helpful staff. Once the pharmacist Steve called me because he was concerned I might have received the wrong dose of a drug and asked me to describe the tablet (I hadn’t). I trust and like these folks. Highly recommended.

I'm going to change my pharmacy to this location because they are exceedingly helpful, polite, and professional. I feel like Matthew & Alice went above and beyond to assist me with an issue helping me obtain my prescription. A huge THANK YOU to the employees at the Crystal Beach Publix Pharmacy.

The pharmacy team goes above, and beyond. The lady there today (12/3) was really nice, and helped me get my prescription for a cheap price. The gentleman pharmacist was nice as well. It was very refreshing, compared to what I have been dealing with every month from CVS and Walgreens, this is now my number one neighborhood pharmacy. Thank you!!

My experience at the pharmacy today was unacceptable! I waited over an hour for my prescription when they told me it would be 30 minutes. I bought ice cream and was standing at the counter an hour later with no one talking to me including the Pharmacist. I was going to get flu vaccine but zero customer service. Ice cream melting had to go. When I returned later to retrieve my prescription I voiced my concerns to the same pharmacist where he argued with me. Yep that's what he did.

I love this Publix, easy to maneuver around, always clean, and the cashier Carol is an absolute legend! Very speedy getting you through and I'm a pain and want the least amount of bags possible and generally don't care if bread gets a little smooshed. She was able to adhere to my asinine request and still keep everything intact, again absolute legend!
