I had a very positive experience having my blood drawn by Nicole. She was professional, kind, and most importantly, helped put me at ease! Nicole was gentle and efficient, and her friendliness made both my visits more pleasant than I expected. I really appreciated her care, and expertise, and would highly recommend her! She is an asset to Quest Diagnostics.

Joshua was very diligent and efficient. I spent more time doing online check then the actual blood draw. It was painless and quick and shockingly easy.

I went to have my blood drawn at this location. I was greeted with a little snippy girl, who had to leave for her break. She could not find my orders and told me it would take a hour to get them. I called the doctor office and gave them a different fax number. Then I went to give a sample of my urine and she said it wasn't enough. I went outside and called the office to get a copy of the order and said I would pick it up. I threw the sample away and left. I've been to this site many times and everyone was wonderful. Never have I been treated so rudely. Not again will this happen. Labcor has always been polite.

I preregistered and checked in online as I walked in. Waited not more that 30 seconds and my name was called. Tia, who took care of me, was very professional, efficient, kind, and caring. She made the visit quick and almost fun! I always choose Quest because of the convenient location, prompt service and cleanness of the facility.

I was having difficulty signing in for an appointment, so I went to the facility. I was also unable to use the machine to sign in. A worker noticed me having difficulty and came out to assist. She saw that the machine was not functioning correctly and took me back to have my blood draw. She was efficient and courteous. She helped me even though the facility was about to close in 15 minutes.
