RaceTrac is my favorite gas station! The bathrooms are always clean, the shelves are stocked with items that aren’t expired, and the staff is friendly, kind and professional. And the coffee is affordable and grounded fresh every order!
I don’t agree with their new and improved rewards program. So I deleted the app! But I am still loyal to the RaceTrac brand.

Older lady with the tattoos is very rude. Otherwise, the gas station is nice but she really needs to work on her customer service skills.

I came in a few days ago on my lunch break and was immediately taken in by the amount of food options they had for a gas station. From rollers to sandwiches and even empanadas. Jorge was extremely helpful and was a joy to be around for the short time we spoke. Will definitely be coming back in!

I always get exponential service at this racetrack great group of people working there tonight Jennifer at the register kind of strawberry blonde hair 50 ish woman she couldn't hardly speak she never gave eye contact repeat herself she's very sluggish and slow she slurred quite a bit something was wrong I told a sheriff that was walking in he said he will talk to the manager.

Restrooms are spacious and clean!
Prices are good.
Food is cared for correctly.
Store is clean
I visit at least once a week and the customer service is always excellent.

Today, literally 20 minutes ago, a cashier, a woman about 45 years old, accused me of stealing a bottle of water...it seemed like discrimination, since I am not an American.

The man at the counter gave me the wrong product. I walked outside and realized it came back inside and they refused to refund my money or give me what I had actually asked for. I live right around the corner, but will definitely never be back here with my business again.
